I was tempted to make a new thread, as this has been driving me crazy, but the stupid questions thread will suffice for now.
I bought a 40 inch LED HDTV Samsung last June:

Everything has been fine, up until recently.
I can try to upload a picture, but it's pretty hard to capture on camera, so I'll try my best to explain. On white and/or solid colored backgrounds, I can see black shadowing up on the top of the screen. It isn't your typical ghosting or flashlighting I grew to "love" with LCD screens, this looks.. different. It looks almost like steaks of blackness or smudge marks. The only thing I can compare it to most, is that it almost looks like pressure marks, when you press down on a screen too hard and it leaves a permanent smudge. I didn't notice it in the first few months of using it, and I've taken care of it, so it didn't come from me.
Through some Googling, I thought it might be dusty/dirty, and the inside screens need to be cleaned. The TV is still under warranty with Samsung, so I opened up a ticket request and they stated it's impossible for them to clean the insides of the TV. It's difficult for me to explain what the problem is without looking like a complete freak.
I also have a warranty through Best Buy, but not sure what avenues I can go with that over this problem.
But we're all anal here, aren't we? Help me GAF.
