Sadly, for me too. Smith is one of the those guys, for me, that always plays the same set of characters but when he tries to be serious, I just see the goofy guy trying to be dramatic.

He could never break that image for me. He went too long playing Will Smith and didn't try to branch off longer than one movie.

I have faith in Smith. He's a good actor, great prescence, has chops when he has the material, buckets of charisma.

I just hope they treat it more ensemble and don't run with him as the main character while relegating the rest.

The rest of the cast looks fine. Leto as joker, potential Batfleck cameo, this could potentially be good.
