I was seriously a minute or so from dropping the show but then the
scene happened. Duuuuuuuuuuuuuude.
Now that I can kind of tell who is in who's body by the personality, this will be a much easier watch. This episode did a far better job defining the characters, and while they're nothing particularly special, enough fun things are being done with the body swap premise to keep my interest for now.

Mmm it seems I'm officially caught up with my Spring backlog. Binbougami ga and Arcana Famiglia look funny. Anything else that's good and not inherently trash?
Yeah, I would have preferred the nature of the phenomenon to ultimately remain a mystery, but what happened was just such a severe departure from the standard bubblegum high school stuff that I can't help but welcome the development and whatever else it ends up entailing. I pretty much need shows that are heavily reliant on otaku-friendly elements not to be played entirely straight in order to enjoy them, and Kokoro Connect was the last series that I would ever expect to deliver in that regard. I'm pleased.
You really, really don't want to watch Arcana Famiglia. It's not a comedy, and if part of your interest is due to S-class zettai ryouiki/twintails girl, she doesn't feature all that prominently (even though she's the protagonist). I guess I'll recommend to you what I recommend to everyone else: Jinrui wa Suitai Shimashita and Joshiraku.
Well I guess that show isn't going on my list.
I'll catch up on the stuff I missed.

Arcana Famiglia is really not good. It fools you into thinking it will be a fujoshi bait tournament battle series, and then proceeds to be about absolutely nothing.
There's also Dakara Boku wa, H ga Dekinai. Yeah, it's trashy, but it's good trash. The kind of trash that would taste great with a little bit of honey mustard.

Really? I suppose that I should be thankful that the show has upped its yuri quotient considerably because the plot is beginning to lose its luster for me. I fully realize that there had to be some sort of definitive revelation at some point so that things can begin to resolve, but I was expecting more than just this.
Also, why did they fuck with the ED? They used a different verse of the song this week, but the ED was very, very clearly designed for the verse of the song used in last week's ED. Now none of the Kamogawa Energy imagery makes sense, the choreography is off, and it just plain sounds worse. I hope that this isn't permanent, otherwise downgrade total.

the nature of the conflict between Le Garite and De Metrio is straightfowardly explained in about ten seconds. Furthermore, the show places strong, enigmatic personalities at the head of each faction, sets up the whole dispute over Yurikano in the first season, and the conflict ends up being something totally impersonal?
