Thoughts after four episodes of K-ON!!: AnimeGAF is like GAF's own light music club. We bicker with each other over silly stuff, but we are in fact so close with each other and we have so much fun with each other that we alienate any potential new members.

This is all I've watched before. It's new and virgin territories for me from now on.

Meganoids halfassing it by only stealing part of a city rather than the whole thing. We get a token annoying kid in this and I'm so glad this show is tongue-in-cheek too.

There was this awesome rooftop gunfight that had me curious because it was unlike most anything else in this ep or the previous. Sure enough, it looks like Yoshinori Kanada did key animation on this episode (or so the not entirely reliable ANN would have me believe) so I wouldn't be surprised if that was his handiwork. End speculation. If I'm right, I'll have actually learned something from this thread; if not, I'll have just made a fool of myself!

Shots like these are what made me curious. Shame I couldn't find any compilation videos of his earlier stuff to verify. Anything I did come across had been pulled by various rights holders.

Really liked the written sfx too. Kinda silly but very much in line with the tone of the show so far.
