The style looks like it would be a perfect fit for Yoshimichi Kameda, but this not being BONES does not rule him out completely, does it? He did a bunch of non-BONES projects too, right? Is he tied to them now, or is he more of a freelancer still?

He's a freelance animator, like most animators, but he's still mainly doing BONES work. He recently commented that he's working on some unannounced game animation at BONES, and he won't be working on TV projects for the rest of this year probably.
