GTO doesn't try to sell the viewer the same boring episode multiple times with no real progression. All Goldenboy has is pervy content and it forgets to be a show.

I've seen worse. Like this guy, who has watched the first three seasons of Zero no Tsukaima in their entirety while rating all of them a 3. It's a wonder he never picked up the fourth, really.

It's backlogged.

I don't dislike Madoka but it was far from perfect. You know how I feel about Bakemonogatari. I don't feel comfortable assigning them numerical values, but neither one deserves a 10/10 on any scale based on quality.
