I cant choose, so I'll just get both of them. Plus hopefully GSC makes a regular sized version because I'll pay whatever they want for it. SHe's so cute.

I don't think it really makes any sense to think that a community of people will develop around something because of the activities of one or two people posting.
I feel like there have always been people around who like anime and enjoy discussing it with others but perhaps there wasn't an obvious outlet for that earlier. I am certainly happy to see that so many people now take part in these threads and offer up their opinions and impressions on a regular basis.
I think by posting and breaking the ice on talking about older anime instead of just whats showing now, you opened the doorway to getting more interest in the seasonal thread and anime discussion in general. You certainly seem like the catalyst of growth of animeGAF in general.
Is that supposed to be unagi?

I want to take this opportunity to once again state how much I love the SM transformation music especially since they gave every character their own vocals and not just sailor moon. (that was on the R movie or S iirc)

Well you should remember this is DTL, it's probably because there aren't any good brolust characters in it more than anything else and evil female main characters. SM is really an anti-DTL show.
Regarding KyoAni shows, to be honest there is a fair amount of them I haven't seen either. I take it you've seen K-ON? (S1, S2 and Movie)

These look like more interesting creature designs than I remember in the older Kingdom Hearts games.

Actually i just finished reading Vol 3 & 4 ..and she does have a reason ... i was kinda worried there that i needed to know ...
It seem that what we get next week is a side story that the author wrote in a later volume
Man, there are some great fights coming in a second season ( i guess there will be a second season since it seems to sell correctly )

Wow. Isnt Hana Yori Dango "Boys over FLowerS"? that's one of my roommates favorite anime!
Rurounizel couldn't handle the shoujo.
I've seen a couple episodes and it is VERY shoujo.
But I have the series Saiunkoku Monagatari and that's pretty shoujo as well complete with "bishies". But its a good series too. Great art style and use of color. Excellent music too.

Actually I'm usually a total shoujo lover. Many of my favorite shows fall squarely into shoujo like Marmalade Boy, Princess Tutu, Nodame Cantabile, Cardcaptor Sakura, Magic Knight Rayearth, Aishiteruze Baby, etc.
But Hana Yori Dango, probably the first show I've ever watched where after one episode I literally hated every single character on screen. They were either off-the-chart jerks, or just plain stupid.
These are all adorable shows. I can fully understand you liking those.

^_^ When I like shoujo, it's usually because it's either adorable, funny, or both. Drama I'm okay with, but there's drama and then there's overdramatic. HYD falls into the latter for me.

My god. I think she's one of the cutest characters I've seen.
With her little antennae ahoge and her overall design especially in butterfly form. Astoundingly cute character.

After reading the premise, I just KNEW this show was gonna set up a tragic ending. I avoided it because I had (and still have) a feeling that my heart couldn't take it.

Actually, I found it to be one of my favorite endings.
It does get rough though. There is mega-drama in there. But Mitsuki is so cute. You would love her.
