Apparently, three.
I just wanted to explain who my top three were. There's plenty of other notable monkeys around, they just aren't as well documented as, say, penguins (obviously).
Apparently, three.
∀ Gundam has the best ending to any Gundm TV series. So good.
So good.
Sochie
I honestly don't know what response I'm supposed to make to that.
Other than to say luffy is a terrible main character. ^^
Yeah, that's the gist of what I was expecting.
Fortunately it doesn't count because I inb4'd, SO THERE.
Do #1, #2, and #3 count as cute animal mascots?
I was afraid that would be your answer. 00's soundtrack is full of cheap synth, not Kenji Kawai's best work. I can see why you like it, since it's similar to Wing except with a shoestring budget.
I can't really think of that many Gundam works that actually have a good soundtrack.

fly from my location to another country and back again
or
travel around a large amount of Europe by rail
for less than it would cost me to reach Scotland (which really isn't that far away and is within the borders of my country).
Chu Chu seems like a cool dude so far, but I don't trust him. There's a towering inferno of pure hatred raging behind those cigarette-burn eyes.chu chu sucks, at least as far as I've gotten.

How can you hate Luffy? That's like hating fun, adventure, and dreams.
Wing even the OPs & EDs are great.I can't really think of that many Gundam works that actually have a good soundtrack.
No, it's hating bullshit abilities, annoying mannerisms, dumb running jokes, NAKAMA, plot armor, and an annoying character design.

There are only three penguins named with numbers.Does #4?

Plot armor? You might be able to make a case for later when he has to work his ass off to not die, but there's really no need for plot armor at all in what you've seen.
Episode 8 was definitely in top three for me. Episode 8 is straight out filler but it has that certain charm that you gotta like it. After it the show went to directions that I really didn't care for. They still had some great moments but personally I liked the detective aspect of the show and it kinda stopped right after ep7.Paranoia Agent 7
The end of Utena would be a hard act for any episode of any show to follow, but I didn't enjoy this episode very much. It started diving hard into paranormal/supernatural stuff, which didn't feel very coherent a lot of the time.
Shots of radio equipment. A girl on a swing. A magic show. A shrine hidden somewhere in what looks like a sewer system. People against white backgrounds. All this stuff is part of Maniwa's dreamscape, and while it may be true to the nature of dreams, it's also hard for a viewer to follow.
Maniwa is possessed by the idea of a connection between the victims, even if it's a connection that couldn't possibly apply to a real crime. Ikari, on the other hand, continues to do his best to follow up on his present hypothesis about the Shonen Bat case. Even though Maniwa looks rather desperate and a little crazy in this episode, the way Ikari bullies witnesses to fit his narrative reflects poorly on the police, and reminds me of how Japanese cops can hold suspects for 21 days without a lawyer, and how there's a 99% conviction rate in the Japanese justice system. As especially shown bythe resignations at the end of the episode, and by Ikari ignoring Taeko's attack because she's not in his district, the cops as a whole more interested in clearing their responsibility in the case than they are at finding the true answer.
For some reason, it seems like Maniwa is getting some sort of precognition or message through his dreams, and the magic show (going through walls, being in two places at once) directly parallels what Shonen Bat does at the end of the episode. He's a supernatural force, and I suspect that pirate radio broadcast at the end will cause more chaos in the city. I wonder if the old man actually is Shonen Bat somehow.
I've heard the next episode is fantastic. The preview seems rather unusual.

Did I mention that Origa has also sung Moon, therefore making it an even stronger candidate? http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=PeUitrD9CYg&feature=related

Eggs because eggs.
Geezer because geezer.
Q - Please tell how does Chuchu feel to touch in TV series. (reader from Kanagawa prefecture)
Enokido Thats something Id like to know too.
Ikuhara No amount of words can express how wonderful it is.
All (laugh).
AM Even so, Utena doesnt seem to touch Chuchu that often.
Ikuhara No no, she touches him so much that he gets numb.
Hasegawa To tell the truth, Chuchu kinda feels like this (this said, he slowly he takes out a certain thing).
AM Oh, this?
Enokido I see. This is certainly how Chuchu feels like in TV series.
Ikuhara Yes, this feels great.
AM I see, but what is this thing?
Enokido We cant say it in a magazine, can we?
Ikuhara Itd be awkward if we did.
Enokido Because there are also children reading this magazine.
Hasegawa Those who dont know what were talking about will get to know it when they grow up.
G's burning finger theme and rise in the Sky are awesome. Unicorn has some good music as well.
What about Unicorn?

Unicorn may well be getting there, I'll concede that.
It's not the most memorable OST ever, but I seem to recall enjoying it well enough at least.
This makes me wonder, which is/are the best OST(s) of this season? I'm not really watching a whole lot, so I'm sort of curious.
I wanted to imply that Chu Chu is the fourth greatest monkey in anime only if there are but four total. However, you went and killed that joke dead.
The purest of waifus. The power of one man's belief.
Whaaa? They're extremely sympathetic and likeable. If anything, the problem comes from the fact that the end game has to be the end game, so the main cast isn't allowed to reveal their hands until the time comes. It'd be nice if they could just move on though, since the type of comedy they do mostly doesn't rely on the status-quo.As much as I love the Gintama crew, I barely consider them sympathetic characters. And there's room for growth that just doesn't happen. In Binbougami, it took 8 episodes for Ichiko's facade to break and for her to finally start to open up. In Gintama, it took 240 episodes for Katsura and Elizabeth to develop and they STILL reset it.
I can't really think of anything too memorable from this seasons selection of shows. Hyouka has been okay, I suppose, but technically that's just a holdover from Spring.
And he's British, too. They're supposed to be able to understand the finer details of humor, I was led to understand.
This, inexplicably, is one of our most popular sitcoms at the moment. You tell me if we're able to understand fine humour.

Chocolate 07
Sleeping hijicks.
So I guess we're back to multiple character developments everywhere. Of course it's pretty much for the girls that matter plus the teacher and the yaoi option, though I guess the cat ear girl really hasn't had much development to begin with. Though, I am glad that those many mysteries of this show are slowly getting resolved.
The Wrath fight, however, was pretty great. Lots of great editing, smooth animation, powerful shading and great camera work. Good stuff!

I'm thinking of the Krieg fight, where he was flattened countless times with an exploding spear, and wasn't affected at all.
