that madhouse OVA thingy
This was pretty awesome all around, my biggest complaint would be the pacing, it started at a really nice fast wild pace, but kept slowing down through out till the ending, which started dragging quite a bit, and started using more lame CG and less awesome animation.
Otherwise, I loved the artstyles, the plot was pretty wacky and fun, the characters were cool, and there was some very nice animation in it, so I definitely recommend y'all give it a try.

Is the Otomedius that got released in the US the one that you have to loop like 3 times before you can get a half decent score/difficulty that isn't braindead? There was like three of them in Japan.
