Having the features of your characters' faces freely floating around their head like organelles in a single-celled organism doesn't quite count as expression, I think.

Well he did end up being semi right about that.

Is that supposed to somehow contradict his post? because a generic pose like that really doesn't do much.
This is strangely hypnotic.

Take this one away for re-education!
We've moved on to chipmunks. Jeez.I can't believe /XX/ finally made it back here and you people are still fighting over waifus. Disgraceful.
Most K-ON gifs have that effect on me. Almost makes me want to watch it.This is strangely hypnotic.
ok seriously cajun where the fuck is your avatar from she's adorable
The best episodes of Penguindrum were the super silly ones, the show was better off never taking itself seriously.
Lol. Yes she really is.
9 and 20 aren't that silly.
I'm glad Lucky Star existed to bring about this change within KyoAni for this very reason.
With pleasure.after I nibble your eyebrows.
You should. We've moved on to chipmunks. Jeez.

Talking about K-On again is boring, this thread is now about Tokyo Mew Mew.

I didn't really like the visuals of Lucky Star. The colors were too garish and the background too bland. K-on definitely started their era of total visual competence, and Hyouka and Nichijou are their most visually cohesive shows yet. I hope Chuunibyo isn't the step back with art direction that it looks like.
It's the only one worth the bother. We can all agree that K-on is the best, right?
...right?

Dude, it's the first time in like two weeks that the conversation hasn't been exclusively about SAO.
Wait... so what do I need to know about /XX/? Did I miss something? I'm confused...
Nichijou is by far KyoAni's best looking show.
It has their trademark high quality production with a visual style that, shockingly, is actually creative.
Not really.

K-On!! is more consistent.
He is a shining beacon of hope in the dark wastelands of AnimeGAF.
Oh, I forgot to add this one to the already long list titled "Jokes Stolen from Azumanga Daioh and made unfunny by K-On"
EDIT - Damnit Brandy
Consistently bland and uninteresting, yes.
Consistently well animation and directed. It's also more consistently funny, but we all know that. :>
Ha, a joke. Funny.
Well, funnier than K-On at least, not that that's really an accomplishment.
Seriously, Tokyo Mew Mew? Penguindrum? Anything else?
Wait... so what do I need to know about /XX/? Did I miss something? I'm confused...
I'm clearly exaggerating, but it's been fairly prevalent!

You just had to remind me this exists, didn't you.
Truly, a man of taste.
I haven't forgotten that you dislike the show, but acknowledging anything positive about Nichijou?
Where am I?

DEEN's new anime looks even worse than usual.
I'm mighty sure that it's all due to.kayos90
BETTER NOT BE ABOUT BOYZ
Has his name suddenly become unspeakable?
Has his name suddenly become unspeakable?
they kinda doThe only bad episodes of Penguindrum are the Goro episodes and Yuri's whole nonsense halfway through the series (I don't remember if these overlap or not)
That face has more emotion in it than any of the characters in Hyouka.
If I speak it aloud it shall catch his attention, which in turn begets even more random posts about SAO!
