I don't know if any one noticed, but SAO will premiere on Toonami next week. It's going to be so much fun reading the hate while also hate watching it.
The hate won't come until 14 and then the dam will burst.
Pretty much. People will be raving that it's the best thing since sliced bread until 14.

Damn. My dad hates the fuck out of what I like but they never tried to stop me from it. I was allowed to play m rated games or watch r rated movies because I could handle them just fine.
My mom is catholic but she doesnt care if we watched stuff with witches or magic. While my dad disapproves of things hs knows he cant prevent me from liking them and he has never tried.
as for guns, I grew up in a house with dozens of them. People take them out to show to other people and its just normal to see a gun laying around.
ive never seen the big deal about it. I feel comfortable with them around.

I live in a heavily catholic (about 90%) area. Its not nearly as strict as bible belt areas. People are religious but not keen to cram it down your throat.

I'm still having a problem with the way the scenes are presented. They feel rushed, with quick cuts, too fast to take in and absorb. I don't know if it's just that way due to Hajime, but I have yet to see any slow scenes in the anime so far.
Hajime is truly the best lead character of the season. I do love her approach to the Gatchaman philosophy.

I think the real REAL names for Sailor Moon and Tuxedo Mask made me realize the basic premise behind their dub names considering it's pretty close to their

hah. I'm being accused of being a "late bloomer" going through a "rebellious phase" because I never had one as an adolescent, just because I'm actually beginning to defend myself against family criticism of my hobbies.
I'm almost certain that my fixation on mahou shoujo partially has something to do with it being the forbidden fruit when I was a kid.

Well some of the early mahou shoujos were quite... lewd.
Probably overthinking it but Shergal mentioned how she's portrayed as a savant that gets things faster than everyone else. Sometimes I think the show is like that too as the viewer is playing catchup to Hajime who is always just a step or two ahead.

dad just wishes I would get more into amateur radio and other hobbies similar. Problem is the allure of those hobbies is diminished by current technology.
when you can skype with people around the world, radio seems so ridgid and tedious. Although it still has use durinv emergencies.

Haha, at one point later on the group sits in a class with a teacher that's more like Hazuki's mom, and they are less than impressed.

That's was very hilarious and entertaining. I really love the artstyle and character designs. Very nice and fluid animation. Satomi Arai is so perfect for the Yuri Alien role.

I disliking the show since eps 3 or so, I actually had more fun in ALO.. but yeah, its like enjoying McDonald than not eating for 2 days.
Shame the longer OVA felt off. I think it worked well in the short format like that as much longer proved to be too much in maintaining the energy.
