Part 1 of the Manga is pretty good, it's just that part 2 was shit overall.
Though Naruto would benefit from a Kai version like Z. And unlike Z, Naruto barely has good filler to be cut.
Plus the games are sick...unlike the non-existent Kill La Kill games.

Plot Armor is such a weird term in certain series. I would hate if a creator just killed off character for the sake of killing them off, considering you can tell more stories with a living character than a dead one.
Of course you could go the DBZ route, and have no one have Plot Armor, but just have a reset button, but then people complain about the reset button.
Neji's death was a perfect example of a death that had no meaning other than killing off an interesting character.

It would be unnecessary. They resolved all of the plots threads. If the OVA hadn't gave me feels, I would have thought it was a bit much.

I ran out of Vodka, Demo got banned again, and now I missed Woolie in the Steam chat...today is not my day.
Which is super dumb and kind of unsettling considering Neji's entire plot line was about being better than being a tool for the main branch.
If he died just saving Naruto the scene would have been the same and much more impactful. But him dying for Hinata was a really poor decision on the writers part.
