Yo.

Apparently porn site employees are using destiny matchmaking to try and scam credit card info.

This exchange was pretty hilarious, and might be NSFW

lol amazing.

Aw dude that sucks. Glad to hear it's working anyway.

Thanks, mang.

That really sucks, sorry man. Really liked some of your avatars.

I have a couple of my Korra ones still since they were before I used gimp to make them myself and I could just find them in the avatar request thread. So I guess I won't be changing much until I build up a new collection.

Thats how they get you.

Yeah I know, but I mean, I don't plan on putting money in, maybe for Naxx, but that's got like, content n'shit.

Draft (arena) is crack. Build your deck on random cards and adapting to that playstyle feels amazing.

It seems cool, but I don't know a damn thing about deck building and barely know the characters. I gotta ask, what happens as you continue to level a class past the point where you got their basic cards? And how do you get more card backs?

You have to reach lvl 10 with a hero to get all their basic cards and reach rank 20 to get a cardback.
You get also get gold versions of a basic card every 5 levels past lvl 10.

Card backs are from ranked matches and you get gold versions of regular cards after you get all the class cards

You don't need to have a subscription to keep the F2P out, you just need to not be free. GW2 has none of that (they sell boosters, cosmetics, and convenience items like unlimited gathering tools, but that literally affects nothing.)

You do understand that's like the definition of free to play right?

You're paying for convenience when you buy those things like unlimited gathering tools.

Oh, I've got nothing against subscription based MMO's. I've played 10 years of WoW.
I just like GW2 because you can just leave and come back whenever.

You can do that with P2P as well. Just shell out the funbux. :p

Leveling a class further gets you shiny versions of the same basic cards iirc.

I think card backs are from special events, or doing really well during a season? I forget, somebody will answer better then me.
edit: Yeah 2slow.

Card backs are doing well in ranked during the season.

Watched the first SH2 video, I really like how Pat is taking the time to explain the concept of how the monsters come
from James guilty conscience
and such.

Also, what Silent Hill games have you all played? I played 1,2,3 and about 2 hours of The Room but I just couldn't stay interested in it. Maybe it was the god-awful PC controls, I dunno

I also had Homecoming installed but as soon as Matt and Pat did part 1 I uninstalled that shit before ever opening it.

.... just PT.

God damn.... I really fucked up by not having a PS2.

I missed out on so many games.

Who plays those games? Sounds stupid.
1, 2, 3, most of Shattered Memories (hate not having combat). Been meaning to get Origins and The Room.
Oh, PT counts? I'm still inching my way through it. I can barely work up my nerves to play it.

Anyone up for some Monster Hunting?

That NMH LP is going to be a blast. It kinda kept throwing me off because the theme song us my ringtone so when I'd forget I thought someone was calling me but...you know..

:(

The RNG has really change it.
Its all Dr. Boom control deck.

I played to many games that use RNG to dole out rewards this year, to the point I can't stand those letters anymore.

If I am looking for something... I want to know where it is.

Not hear "maybe you'll get it.... maybe you won't"

I saw Alf stumble his way in evil within.... I will watch you stumble through PT as well.

Yeah PT is the only game I've played if it counts. Scared the shit out of me. Still did the fourth time I played it to an actual stream.

I think if I were to play PT, I wouldn't be as scared of it since I know you can't actually die (or can you?). Knowing that there are no enemies that can hurt me, the player, kinda kills the tension for me.

It's the same problem with Amnesia, I was sweating all over myself in the beginning cause everything was so spooky, but when I found out the monsters were actually chumps who give up if you just run away from them, I breezed through the rest of the game.

PT avoids that issue by having your goal be to figure out how to progress through the environment. I know what you mean though, Outlast was a terrible example of this, where being seen by humanoid enemies just means you're hit limply over and over with regenerating health.

I would try to stream PT, but my super babby tears wouldn't be fun for anyone. I'll just be a mess. A wet, drippy mess.

Also my internet has been fucked lately, and I can't stream for some raisin.

PT Spoilers
You do die. Once. Unless you collect the pieces of the picture, then you can't be killed. The death is also really sudden and unpredictable. And because of it, it makes people think it can happen again, when really it only happens once. When you learn how the game actually works, it stops being scary. But if you don't know this... its an excellent tone setter.

I need to get good. My graphics driver on my laptop was version 4. Whatever and I used the Intel driver utility and its giving me version 15. Whatever.

I blame my laptop website for giving me that 4. Driver only.

Yes. 30 year old high school girl is my favorite.

Christ I watched the Nico Nico Douga medley for the first time since it came out.

Which was about 7 years ago. I remembered the lyrics most of the time, and the medley the entire time.

I'm old as fuck guys.
