I really like the time mechanic there, but I just love how Radiant Historia's works overall. Those bad endings are fucking something.

Killer is Dead = finished! Pretty great game (that I basically forgot about for like six months before I finally got back to it >.>). Probably Suda's strongest action game from a gameplay standpoint. Combat feels a lot better than in NMH, though NMH will always be the better overall package. Story was...something. Honestly it felt like a pastiche of random ideas that Suda had floating around in his head for a long time that he wasn't able to incorporate into any other games. Loved the Suda-ness of it all, though. Will definitely play more (doubt I'll go for the plat, but maybe).

Need to get around to that and Lolipop Chainsaw one day. Got love for Suda, even though I didn't really like NMH2 in comparison to NMH1 which is still one of the most solid/balanced action games I've ever played.

I beat NMH2 twice within a week of release and then never touched it again. I've beaten NMH1 three times, the most recent being in the past year.
Definitely a much better game.
I didn't like Lollipop Chainsaw at all. =/

Onto other things, good news is I'm finally all caught up on Best Friends content except for the podcast since no laptop. In potentially good or bad news, a coworker of my Mom is taking a look to see if he can repair my laptop. He won't be back until next Wednesday so I won't know if it's good or bad.

I really enjoyed Killer is Dead as well. The gameplay is simple compared to other action games but it is fun. I don't remember them all but I liked most of the boss fights. The art style was the major selling point for me though, the heavy use of deep blacks contrasting with the colours is great

Still never finished NMH2. Got to that final boss fight and was just disgusted with how awful it was. Dropped it and never plan to finish it. Its a shame because there are points where that game is fantastic (like every thing before the final boss but after Shinobu, Matt Helms, that football guy) and points where the game is just BAD (all of shinobu and the final boss).
NMH1 was a great game all around that got progressively better as it went on leading up to greatness. I also like the tone of 1 more than 2.
I had already reset it to factory default beforehand.
My phone is garbage. It's why I don't use mobilegaf.

Let me be clear here. The only reason I beat NMH2 twice is because I beat it once, saw the ending, said "Wait, that's it? No no no, there's gotta be a 'real' ending if I beat it on Hard or something", beat it on Hard, discovered that really WAS the actual ending, then said "Well I'm never playing this again". Had I known that was the actual ending beforehand, I would have beaten it the one time and never thought about it again.
Yeah I can't really accurately put into words how disappointed I was in NMH2. As you say, there are points where it's fantastic, but as a package the game is just incredibly disappointing.
Like maybe 8 years old garbage. Also can't charge it anymore, luckily my Mom's phone uses the same battery so I can swap with her when it dies.
Do you have an agreement to watch it at the same time? Otherwise you could just watch 2 more eps, you quit just before Ippo's rematch with Miyata anyway and he does far less flailing around in that

Not sure what other consoles/devices allow you to just download the MP3 to the thing or listen to it in the browser.
I suppose getting a new phone is not possible? You could probably use your 3ds to download podcasts... I think it should work? I know you can play music on your 3DS.

Yeah, it's pretty convenient. Just go to the friendcast page and hit download for mobile and it should work. I have to listen to something to fall asleep easier, so I usually just put on a video or podcast on my Vita. It's also nice for those few times I need to listen to a thing while doing boring tasks in games.

Also, unrelated, but I think I might have a problem guys. I'm literally just sitting here looking at REmake HD in my Steam Library and tapping my foot. Someone just pointed out that it's weird that I like Resident Evil as much as I do.
