I wish I had more fun with Korra, but I didn't. I liked the use of the music from the show, though and the voice actors. The story was ok and at least added to the canon. I wish Korra used a sword like Raiden. The aesthetic was still nice even though it wasn't as great as the art from the show.

Jinora sounded like she was phoning it in though. The animation looked worse than in the show. You'd think it would look better.

And the enemy design was lacking, but hey

It was 15 bucks.

Its being made by platinum.... so you know the combat is going to be good.
Hell even the korra game had great combat, everything else about it was mediocre though.

Also... if Mickey is DIO.
Does that mean Mickeys head is on a ducks body?

I know the combat's gonna be good, I need to see more of the game to justify getting hyped for it. I probably will be hyped anyway.

O.O I don't know how I feel about that. It's pretty gruesome when you think about it.

My favorite thing about SMT4 really has to be how varied all the kill animations are for each of the different types of attacks. Gun, Ice, Fire, Smashes (the ones where they implode outwards in a bloody spurt), Hama, Mudo, Almighty... SO GOOD

That's just because everyone kicked and screamed for it to come here and then people didn't buy it when it first came out, then copies stopped circulating making it become rare and then all of a sudden "OMG GAMESTOP HAS THE NERVE TO CHARGE $70 FOR IT" and then it doesn't sell at that price and drops to $50 and sells out and now everyone is mad they can't buy it, it was in stock forever when gamestop first released it

I actually enjoyed 1. Never got to far into 2 before the system shat out on me. Yeah I definitely need to get 3. I also need to play Xenoblade. Considering holding out for the N3DS version since I prefer RPGs on handhelds. It will probably look like shit though.

Every problem you can even think of that you might have had with 1 or 2 is instantly fixed/perfected in 3. Every single one. I just can't get over it. Its like they took the entire list of complaints that people had with the first two games and completely amended all of them for the third game.

Pretty much, unless your actual local video game store has one in stock you wont find it for a reasonable price. The other local video game store is the easiest way to get really.

I'd like to think that Jinora's voice actress loves working on Korra but hates video games so she gave a meh performance.

Its a great game. I wouldn't pay more than 60/70 dollars for it personally though. I got lucky and managed to buy it for 50 dollars on ebay and it looked brand new.

The only flaw I see so far is the overworld, which while bad isn't hampering my enjoyment of it at all. The SMT combat system is one of my favorite RPG battle systems now.

Even removing the combat. I can pinpoint a lot of flaws in the game, but at that point it's really just personal opinion on the matter. While I enjoyed the game I'm not really excited for the next one. I found SMT3 a far more balanced game despite some weirdness with some design choices.

Well she's voiced by Kiernan Shipka. Idk, maybe it just wasn't as fun for her as it was for like, say, Janet Varney. I wouldn't mind hearing more Jinora in other things, though. Just wish her performance was better. Oh well. Jinora was just sad.

SMT3 isn't really what stopping me from loving SMTIV, just the choices SMTIV made is what stopping me. This is perhaps mostly due to the throw back to SMT1/2 in the games nature.

My favorite moves are her quarter circle back punch which is just a full screen slide that hits low and knocks back and her quarter circle forward Heavy Slash which is perfect for set ups/corner traps. Also, you'll get a lot of use out of her air quarter circle forward punch which is just her version of a dive kick (except it can be tiger knee'd).

I could be super wrong. Its just that Pat is usually the one playing when Mat and Pat do an LP. The only LP I know mat was playing was Downpour.

Yeah yeah I've been using the full screen slide to try to do that, and that moon divekick thing is good too but I keep getting knocked out of it with various DP's and other stuff, but I'll work on it, thanks for the tips
