That isn't really saying much though. Where I live we get very clean, 'tasty' water straight out the tap because the source it is drawn from is filtered very well naturally. Doesn't need a lot of messing with in order to make it safe and drinkable. In fact, it's so good that a fancy brand sells it in bottles. If you'd take a trip to Amsterdam, however, which is roughly an hour away you'll notice that the water is much more 'harsh' (more calcification).
All depends on where you live, where the water comes from and what they do with it. If you'd go to Paris on vacation you can't even drink the tap-water because the fluoride levels are much higher. (Not a problem if you grew up in Paris, apparently.)
