I think Hard on F 2nd is easier than Normal. Less bad note timings since they're throwing more notes out.
Well, there are some online lan methods(tuungle, etc) that you can play multiplayer on, I can't really think of other ways.

The enemy doesn't have control over it. You both do. The way it works in UNiEL is that you both have a bar that fills up and whoever has the larger bar after a certain amount of time gets the buff. I think that's a lot better then me getting penalized for back dashing too much.
When I find one I'll let you know.
Gamespy or something, there are servers still up.
I'm not a dub vs sub snob or anything, I really like the Gurren dub and I will fight anyone who watches Panty and Stocking subbed but this is just bad acting.

The same thing happens in Elite Beat Agents. After playing Jumping Jack Flash for extended lengths of time, Walkie Talkie Man is almost impossible especially when you go down in difficulty

Alright, i'm about to wipe out Forlorn Hope for the Legion. I'm not sure wether i'll do an independent, House, or Legion playthrough yet. I'm never going to do a NCR playthrough.
