The concept of it being you have one bow with one arrow that you have to keep picking up sounds super interesting. I hope they do a video on it because I wanna see how the bosses are balanced around that idea.

Of that list it's only Dark Souls for me. Already got Toukiden Kiwami lined up as well and it just shipped for me today.
A real shame that Axiom Verge missed out being on the list. A great little game like that could do with all the help it could get. I hope Liam gets on it.
