So we're just known as anime nerds, huh? Well, I guess... Yeah... Yeah...
I like both equally, I just got in on this thread at the beginning.
Hmm, well, if I had to summarise it: The main output these days consists of the weekly podcast (Giant Bombcast) and Quick Looks (commentated videos on new releases) which are about 30-60min long on average. The site runs on a premium model on top of that, subscribing gives you access to Premium videos which can range from playthroughs (stuff like Demon Souls, DMC1, Bioforge, etc.) of whole games to one-offs to other series like Pathfinder (crew plays board games) or Demo Derby (Dan & Drew play old demo discs).
There's obviously a huge video archive to dig through with lots of old features (Random PC Game, Load Our Last Save, Endurance Run, This Ain't No Game, etc.) that are discontinued in favour of other stuff. Ultimately, though, your enjoyment of the site will solely hinge on how much you enjoy the personalities, the humour, etc. I reckon it's not too different for SBF.

GB and SBF UNTIE
We do talk about anime an awful lot. It's only natural.
I was listening to the egg whites episode of the podcast on an airplane. I had to hit pause because everybody thought I was crazy for laughing so hard.
We got moved to community? Pat goes to Japan and this is what happens without him here?
This is canon now.
Lets not get crazy here
Also, wtf, you guys get Bish and all we get is the occasional post from Emcee?
Bullshit.

IF you're interested, the OP has some Best Friend one-off from Machinima that showcase the kind of humor the Zaibatsu do.
I've seen some Quick Looks. I like the daft humor Patrick(I think that's his name) brings to the videos. I always appreciate a good smartass.
Thanks, I'll have to check that out!
Patrick is great on video but since he was hired as a news guy first and foremost AND since he's alone in Chicago now he's mostly doing articles these days. He still does Spookin' With Scoops, though (Scoops is one of his nicknames; he plays horror games - his favourite genre - in that feature), and the occasional Spelunky.
It's fucking great, you won't regret it. Dan Ryckert stories are something else.and with these 3 easy videos i am now going to listen to Giant Bombcast!

Maybe Aaron's stand will stick over there for a little while, now that he's antagonizing them... Haha.

It's a bootleg persona right? These GB bustahs probably ain't even know what a sutando is.
The Super Best Friends have merged with the Giantbomb thread and now we're plotting to take over NeoGAF.So what I miss,
So, the situation right now:
Patrick is in Chicago.
Jeff, Dan, Drew and Jason are in the main office in San Francisco. Also, honorary bomber ("Green Ranger") Danny O'Dwyer from Gamespot. Note: There's a lot of people that do not work for GB that are considered secondary bombers, basically. People like Dave Lang, Adam Boyes, Johnny Vignocchi, Samantha Kalman, Cara Ellison, and many others. GB has lots of friends!
Alex and Vinny (who moved pre-E3) are holding it down in New York.
The split has actually made it possible to produce more content. NY is moving office soon but once they get settled in, it should get pretty crazy. We had a couple of weeks where we were drowning in content. They can just do way more this way which was a pleasant surprise (since a lot of people were sad to see Vinny go, understandably. He's a fan favourite, gotta love Vinny.).
Here's a very recent thing GB West did y'all have probably already seen: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=KkL9SP3HJZE
You know, a good way to try out GB might be the upcoming Extra Life stream (next Friday is probably the date). We're possibly looking at 72 hours of streaming if GB West does 24, GB East does 24 and Brad does 24 solo from home like he did last year.
So what I miss,
