Nah, I'm pretty sure that anyone gets banned loses their avatar. I could be wrong but that's what it looked like.

I have seen banned accounts with avatars. Maybe mods remove them manually and just didn't do it then.

But PGs avatar was taken away when he was temp banned.. hmmmm.. Maybe temp ban = no avatar and perma means the avatar stays?

Alright. So I just caught up on Inou Battle. I like this show less and less with each passing episode.
It started as teenagers with super powers having shenanigans in a club room, then became a mediocre romantic comedy. It's just so middle of the road and superpowers aren't even a part of anything anymore, barring the last thing at the end of 11, it's just a straight rom com with poorly developed characters.

The "reader" seems to be involved with the supernatural battles, but the harem never seems to get involve in those fights.
