But seriously, chat is almost always bad during big tourneys, adding DSP to the equation can't make it (too) much worse.

Actually dsps commentary is not bad. It definitely has east coast flavor. As of right now the commentary is going to be pretty varied overall.

i was so surprised by just how rusty i was after not playing for 3 days. Win one match, lose about 10 in a row, end the night with 2 wins. Fuckin eh, i might have to retire at this rate.

Not always a fan of DSP but I respect the shit talk and the hype it brings. He'll be the underdog in ST for sure, but he's legit at that game so he has a chance. Should be entertaining if it gets streamed.

sf4 and mvc3 both have single and team tournaments....maybe we'll see it? iono

Just lost to Eva01 in a Ken mirror on Peaceful Jay's stream. I was so close in the 2nd round but I fucked up my set up. I went for empty jump into short, but I did it way too early. I think I got excited about possibly beating Eva01, at least for 1 round. Oh well, gg if you see this.

If you did irc, just provide the information (irc.server.com #channelname) and don't provide a java irc client (meppit or whatever the hell) to where the "stream monsters" wouldn't get easy access and would have to figure out how to get there to troll. You wouldn't believe how many people probably can't ever figure out an IRC client now a days.

Would be easier than setting +v and then voicing people until they shit up.
