This is the dog one right? Where there is a dog...and the dog dies...and people are sad...then superman punches stuff with his eye lasers?

I kid, I kid!

I hope it is great, movies could use a few W's after the last few years and I have liked Gunn's movies in the past, so fingers crossed!!

Krypto is in it. But the Supergirl movie in 2026 is the one where he gets shot with a poison arrow and Kara goes on a quest to cure him.

Would watch. (As long as the dog lives of course)
Of course he does.

It’s an adaptation of True Grit. Kara is disillusioned so she goes to a planet near Krypton’s red sun so she can get drunk and takes Krypto with her. There’s a girl who wants Kara to help her on a revenge quest and she doesn’t want to do it. But when the natives attack them and Krypto gets poisoned, Kara agrees to go on the quest so she can find a cure for Krypto.

Lol who is the cinematographer on this? Some guy from marvel? looks cheap as fuck.

DC used to have some standards. They are clearly trying to capture the Bryan Singer 2005 teaser. and failing miserably at it.

Looks like a tv show.

Teasing a teaser was fucking dumb because now you have a ton of people scrutinize throwaway segments.

Lol It never ceases to amazing me but there's a whole lotta stupid all over the internet. Look at car forums of people scrutinizing the design of upcoming vehicles running around in fake body panels and heavy camouflage 😂

Y'all realize they deliberately didn't show much in that little teaser, right? Y'all already judging it is so weird. Wait til tomorrow morning and see the actual teaser.

Damn that teaser look cheap as hell wtf GUNN
This was better

These two teaser trailers are great examples of how a trailer does not reflect the final product. Both are fantastic teasers (especially Returns, thanks to the use of Krypton, which is an amazing piece of music). Both are bad films. They strive (no pun intended) to capture the inherent majesty of the character, but both fumble the ball completely throughout the movie's run time.

Meanwhile, the other guy gets another great first teaser, as well as the best comic book movie ever:

People were soooooo fucking hyped seeing this in 2007.

I see the GDF (Gunn's Defense Force) is in full swing lmao. Y'all acted like shit (especially 2 of you) when talking about Snyder but now you play the good guys.

"Y'all already judging" Well yeah, I judge what I am seeing: a bad cinematography, and extras acting as bad as me. That does not mean the movie will be shit, just not encouraging. And this goes both way, quote someone saying it's looking good and put the same energy.

+ Man of Steel is amazing FunkMiller FunkMiller , stay mad :messenger_blowing_kiss:

jufonuk

not tag worthy
It’s as if James Gunn saw how Dark MoS was and just said more brightness. But he is a good director. Bit too expect lots of pop culture jokes and music. GoTG but with Superman.
