I was actually having connection issues. The server would like rewind a second every few seconds. It made trying to hit people and avoid fire basically just a guessing game.

From reading your post, I really feel safe in betting that you played a lot of WoW arena in your days.

I can't connect to the server for some strange reason. It says, "Connection failed after 4 attempts." Can connect to other servers though?

Vector is pretty terrible. Cashworks and Boundary are both good, but we didn't have enough people playing boundary, it would of been better with 10-12 players per team.

It's RC3, looks like we are running RC2.

I can't figure out why we never seem to play Upland other then GAF's hatred for custom maps, since it's a Steel style map and GAF seems to love Steel.

in terms of direction and where to go, Upland does it better due to highlighted control points. Other than that, Steel is better me thinks.

I've only ever played one match of Upland so I can't really comment too much on the map design, but I do agree that the highlighted control points is a great feature, it's something Valve should implement in all CP levels.
