TEKKEN 7 |OT| How I killed your mother

So.... has anyone datamined the tekken files and has seen any suspicious files. I don't know... like Julia.. Zafina... Lei files, voice files. ANYTHING!? CMON PC USERS.

yes, if you quick roll, pressing x or circle when you land, you will get up immediately and you can block mid, high and low attacks during that time, holding back during that period will block mid and high, holding back and down will block lows only. You have to predict what they will do if they right in your face.

It's sometiems best to just lie on the floor a little longer and let them finish their move and get up immediately after they whiff (miss their move when they think you're getting up immediately)

Cool, thanks. I'll have to try that next time.

I'm loving this game so far even if it is making me a bit mad after being 1-24 online. I do wish there was some sort of tutorial though teaching you about movement and all the terms. Granted it's my fault for not reading into fighting games at all before starting T7. Hell, I was confused trying to find the block button when I first started, having my mind blown when it was on the d-pad.

Runs perfectly and you can get rid of the gross chromatic aberration!

How do you get rid of the CA?

PC version with Chromatic Aberration and Film Grain disabled via the config files looks so much cleaner.
How do I do this?

Go to: C:\Users\<USERNAME>\AppData\Local\TekkenGame\Saved\Config\WindowsNoEditor

Open up Scalability.ini and paste this in:

[PostProcessQuality@2]
r.SceneColorFringeQuality=0
r.Tonemapper.GrainQuantization=0

[PostProcessQuality@3]
r.SceneColorFringeQuality=0
r.Tonemapper.GrainQuantization=0

Thank you!

You picked a hell of a game series to just get into fighting games lol. But if you stick with it its so worth. Even if you dont end up amazing or even great youll appreciate how far youve come since you first began.

DAT Early 2017. And I downloaded it last night fully.

About loading times

On my pc running from a ssd m.2 960 from Samsung, it takes 14.30 secs to load into a fight in practice mode (4k, max res textures, the rest is on high)

On my ps4 pro running from an external ssd 860 from Samsung it takes 19 seconds.

Played at midnight after it unlocked for an hour. Practice and tried to play ranked....

What's up with the connection problems all around? I tried getting matches for about half an hour, and it could only connect to one other player, the rest couldn's connect at all.

Had to change the music within 10 mins, all that dubstep was killing me. Now playing with TTT music, such nostalgia, damn!

Seriously loving this game. Already put in around 6 hours and haven't even touched the story mode yet. Online is great when it works, but getting into a ranked match is a pain in the ass.

By the by. At the start of the game I chose my region but is there any way to change this after the fact? I chose EN and I wonder if NL would have been an option.

I get at least six or seven connection drops, before I even get into a match.
And these are with supposedly full green

It's peer to peer, more people probably need to open ports or set dmz.

When it works it's all very fast...but when it doesn't it takes a ridiculous amount of time to error out with no way to manually cancel. Hope they work on that.

Yup i suck at this game lol, seems all Street fighter immigrants will be using Akuma, he is the only one who i can use half decently lol.

Akuma works. Wish there were more SF characters. Tekken x SF can work.

Game looks great. Load times are meh.

Pretty great intro! Unfortunately I can't get to play, as the game doesn't allow me to choose anything but Japan as my region. :(

If I choose Japan, can I change my region in the game's settings?

Both Feng and Paul are so dope in this game.

I think I'm going to wind up playing more Paul though. I get deathfist and I get to keep a shoulder on deck. Also Wrecking Ball seems kind of awesome.

Can't find that link that had write ups of characters that floated around here. Josie is looking like a good entrance character.

I am thinking that too. I only played a little since I have to work tomorrow, but I'm fucking awful with Katarina and Bryan. But I haven't played Tekken anything in quite a while. I played Tekken Tag 2 and got pretty good, so I'm hopeful.

Dang, it really shows that its been a while since I played a 3D fighter. Doing okay with Ling, actually, but I'm reconsidering Hwoarang ;( He looks so cool, though...

Ladies and gentlemen.. I am in love :)

This game is the most fun I've had in a very long time! Eddy is a blast! Will be back after work tomorrow.

Been trying to learn the ropes with Asuka, but man is her idle stance terrible. She looks like a robot. I have to find another character to use ASAP.

Okay, this game is a little overwhelming and very alien to me. I mean, I suck at fighting games anyway, but boy after playing a lot of KI and SFIV before, I have no idea how the systems work at all. There is no training mode and that does not help me either in that regard. Are all of the moves linkable, can you combo/cancel them and holy shit there are a lot of moves for every character - when do I use what?

I choose Alisa that I want to learn the game with because she seems hilarious, but I guess I alrady also choose a difficult character?

Hey if you decide to go with Josie, would you play some matches?

Also, do anyone know why I can only choose Japan as my region when starting up the game?
