Know what you mean , didn't precise it enough - some textures look higher quality, lack of awkward clipping, nice shaders (that pre baked sweat in tag 2 in arena stage) oh and the npc's in background actually cast shadows lol. Still love SF5 art style but hopefully they will polish some things here and there.

FR feels a lot smoother movement wise. The vanilla game was already good to me based on its simplicity. So it naturally feeling better makes it better to me.
