Can you make the following suggestions to the devs. The two best looking stages from Vanilla are now the two worst looking stages in FR. Whhhhhy did they add the piss filter into Jungle Outpost, I really don't understand. All the color and greenery is gone. And losing the sunny-ness in the Souq stage is also not cool. See examples below.

Bigger issue for me is chromatic aberration effect, which makes the image quality look bad. We need an option to turn that off on consoles.

Just check the latest released images, only in the middle does the image look clean.

CA seems more pronounced and visible on screenshots that are off angle. I honestly don't think it will be an issue during actual gameplay as our eyes will concentrate always at the centre off the screen. Haven't heard any complaints from folk that actually play the game but i might be wrong.

I'm afraid what Claudio will do in the story. It smells like they want to do exorcism on Kaz, expel the Devil and suddenly Kaz is goody two shoes. Jin too and he marries Hwo...I mean Xiaoyu and everybody's happy.

I'd hate that. It's out of Mishima-asshole character.

I hope Claudio gets fucked up in the head by Devil and turns evil or insane.

Good games, you got me good today. I couldn't find any rythym against your Raven until I picked him too. My Jin kept jumping with ub+3 whenever I wanted b+3F, that was unintentionally hilarious XD.

I like VHS abbreviation. Piss filters are bad though.
 
I don't understand why there's no character bios for the arcade version. They've always done it before. It's weird not having any idea who my character is and what her motivations are.

Yeah. It's whack.

It's funny how long those characters are in the game without a pinch of story or motives.

I'm glad story bits are finally surfacing.

I'm preparing myself for dumbest shit imaginable for Paul and Law.

I agree, CA only really looks bad in pics and you literally never notice it in motion.

I like it but many people hate it. In any game.

Why don't you get over it? Bursting with "fucking annoying and stupid" angst looks really funny.

Image degradation effects can be nice, but most game developers have used them like children. The Tekken Project's almost criminal use of motion blur alone is reason enough to not trust their artistic vision. In the end it is their game, but I will primarily be playing the PC version. I will happily take a resolution jump over having 20th century camera effects in a futuristic fighting game.

I keep forgetting wall jumps exist.

Imagine if T7 had unique wall moves for every character, maybe even armored but punishable with wallsplats if baited.

Btw. Raven, JayCee and Alisa have unique walljumps. Raven's so cool. I wonder why it's used only once while others are copied 10 times.

Jaycee has crazy one. Unblockable?

People keep complaining about this chromatic aberration, but it doesn't really bother me at all.

personally, the way tekken has implemented motion blur in T6 and Tag 2 looked off. Especially in t6 since it's where they set the motion blur to 11. Tag 2 was better i admit but it added input lag.

I actually enjoyed the motion blur in Tekken 6. I thought it made the attacks look a little heftier and more powerful. Didn't notice it so much in Tag 2. Sad that it's gone from 7. At least there was the option to turn it off. Hopefully they let us turn off CA in the same manner. I think it looks butt ugly, and it makes me cut my Bloodborne sessions short.

Discovered T6 had motion blur from a buds place by accident
Was better than default tbh

I have motion blur turned off in TTT2 because of input lag. It looks good though imo.
CA doesn't bother me. And I don't really notice it in motion. I don't notice stuff like bad frame pacing either though, so I'm pretty good with most games. I hope it stays this way :p

It is really is bewildering to me how Namco's effort for one character for a sequel to a 4 year old game is equivalent to a mod to a ~9 year old game developed within a month of a someone's free time.

It's almost as if modding a PSP game was far, far easier than actually developing a current gen title. What are you even trying to say?

Your eyes blur an image just fine. Duplicating the effect ruins quality at best and makes people motion sick at worse. Motion blur would potentially make sense if Law was doing Bruce Lee's 6 frame kicks, but that is it. It is weird that game developers want to embrace effects based on camera lens imperfections while cinema moves away from them for the most part. Always a step behind.

I hope this is a win taunt for Anna in Tekken 7.

Agreed, the sky is the limit with how much the Tekken Project could implement to have characters express who they are. I actually want intro and winposes you cannot skip. A single victory in Tekken feels so meaningless because of how fast the game wants to move to the next fight.

It's jarring because of the after match practice mode session. This isn't a 2d game where combos have to be practiced constantly. That training mode session just becomes dead air after a while, fill it with cool winposes! How cool would it be to get a short EMBU after every fight or your character kick the crap out of a character that has haunted you all day.

Definitely am against unskippable win poses. After the 1000th game it will become annoying. It's already bad enough Tekken has to reload the entire game per match while every other Fighter except Xrd has instant rematch's. The game needs less things interrupting the time between matches during long sets.

What I'm saying is Namco did jack all to try and evolve and advance Bob from a gameplay perspective in Tekken 7 to the extent that it took modders only a couple of weeks in their spare time to duplicate the move set while the same mod still hasn't completely adapted other characters like Hwoarang or Dragunov among others.

Bob shouldn't even be in the game. I hate this character with the burning fury of a thousand suns.
