GGs to Sasuke_91! I'm honestly amazed by the netcode.
GGs av2k. Yeah, I'm amazed, too! The lag was definitely noticable, but taking into account how far away we live from each other, that's a pretty damn solid connection.
The way you play is pretty scary. I dropped a lot of combos because of the lag and used some moves more often than I had planned to (Hwo's d4,4 for example) or tried a tag assault in unnecessary situations, but it wouldn't have looked any better on a 5 bar connection.
That execution was pretty much perfect, and I liked the way you converted every launch into a max damage combo. Like how you dashed under the floating character to position yourself in front of the wall and get your extra wall damage. Even if you caught me mid-air, you would still get your damage out of any position.
Mishimas are extremely frightening, especially with lag. And wavedash makes me EXTREMELY nervous, especially in front of a wall. Didn't think wavedash was such a mindfuck. I didn't even bother trying to grab you, I thought you'd just dash under it and launch me. I only managed to grab you once, but your throw break was too good, even with the lag. Another thing is that you wouldn't hesitate using lows. There's no use in trying to please your opponent, if lows work, you better use them, especially if it's DJin's cd4,4. Made my random ducking reappear, and I thought I made progress in making it go away.
Your mind games were also something you made good use of, like Lee's WS 2,3. You always made it seem like you were gonna slide, got me everytime.
Mistakes can be lethal, and you were prepared for every mistake I would do. Tag crashing right after my character lands on the ground is something I might have to reconsider in the future. And rushing in with jabs after a move can end in me getting launched after a sidestep. Even if the move got - frames, no mashing after safe moves!
Thanks for playing against me. Today's session was extremely helpful
