Watched this again with the wife (blu-ray via Netflix) about 2wks ago, and she loved parts of it, laughed at other parts (mainly the goofy HS romance). Overall, it was a tad better than I remembered from when I saw it in the theaters.
I guess I'm just old enough where heroes/BAD MOTHERFUCKERS who are still in high school (ie, teenagers) simply don't interest me anymore. I remember being all about some Spidey back when the old trilogy was starting. :shrug:
I'll watch the sequel, but I'm not hyped. Sony needs to get off their high horse and allow Spidey in Avengers 2.
