On the episode...the other eight girls served two purposes. I don't think it was the actions of Stacie that convinced Trump. It was more that Maria and Elizabeth, who had spent the entire board room blaming the other for the loss, suddenly were on the same page. All of a sudden, these two people who had been at each other's throats, agree completely.
The actions of the first week, essentially, were that everyone was eating lunch/dinner, and Stacie suddenly attempted to get everyone's attention and use the magic 8-Ball. When not everyone was paying attention, she started loudly asking "Why is everyone ignoring me?" and then began to start trying to give everyone a big pep talk, claiming they should just go and claim their prize because they already won.
I think the term "nervous" would be the best way to look at it. Not scared, although we didn't see the whole story. But it was a different person. She hasn't really exhibited such behavior otherwise, but it wasn't exactly making any of them more comfortable, and I can't say it was normal. In my view, the entire group seperated itself from her because they felt uncomfortable with her actions on that day. If that was keeping the group from uniting completely, then it was a better choice.

What's been annoying about the recent firings is that they have nothing whatsoever to do with the tasks.
Ivana was a horrible project manager last week, she should have been fired. Instead Trump went for the drama and fired Bradford. Mara or Elizabeth(?) should have got fired this week, yet again Trump went for the drama. Why are they even bothering with the tasks if they have no relevance in the boardroom? Just draw straws instead.
In every interview I read/hear of Trump lately he continually brags about the Apprentice show and its ratings. I get the impression that season 2 is more about making the boardroom very dramatic rather than finding the best contestant to run one of his organizations.

I also find it odd, but you do have to keep in mind that winning a task wins your team immunity, and two show's worth of immunity for the team leader.
Although Trump should be picking off the people who made the big mistakes, I guess he knows he doesn't intend to hire any of the "problem people" and is just picking them off in a dramatic order and fashion? I dunno. Ultimately he has complete control over who he wants to win.

Stacy's description of Stacie in the boardroom last week is EXACTLY what Stacy is today. She's that "fire" that the leader should always put out and ultimately, what caused them to lose.
This episode is preety good considering it didn't feel "short" like last week's episode. So yes, one more reason not to watch the Saturday encore. I'm gonna watch Lost anyways. :$

Why didn't Jennifer pick three and bring in the girl in charge of styling (Sandy)? That chick had the dumbest look on her face the entire time.
The only girl that isn't annoying and repulsive is the other Jennifer. She sounds like the most fair and least catty of the group.

Yeah. She's smart. She keeps her mouth shut and just lets the other skanks fight. She knows exactly how to play this game. They'd show close ups of her doing her own thing, while everyone else is arguing. She's gonna' get far...that is of course, unless she screws up as a leader.

For real. Wes impressed me with the way he handled himself in the boardroom. He explained himself perfectly when it was down to him and the other two. He almost gave it away when he cut in and tried to pile on, though.

Yeah, he did a good job. I feel a little bad for Andy. He's a bit of clutz, but he's very smart. And once again, Jenn C. prevails. Not only is she fine, but she's a damn good leader. The chances of her getting fired anytime soon are slim at this point. She passed the hardest part of the show -- being a PM. I hope she takes it.
I was kind of disappointed that both teams had such shitty ideas. Lets wash dogs. Lets groom dogs in the park. Gimme a break. I was expecting something bigger. I wasn't expecting a job that teens do to get a little extra money. It's the equivalent of washing cars in the gas station parking lot.
I also thought that what the teams came up with for the challenge was super lame and uncreative. Oh well.
What's with everyone picking on Andy? These last two weeks Wes in particular kept saying he has had to babysit Andy... but I haven't seen any evidence of this at all. And then Trump says Andy has been a disaster? What did he do besides lose the cell phone? Maybe a lot of this stuff is being edited out? =/ At least Kevin stuck up for Andy last week.
Anyway as it sits now, Kevin and Andy are my favorites, and Kelly and Jenn are okay. I still like Raj but he hasn't been doing as well these last few episodes.
