Hmmm, you have to wonder why Nintendo edited it in the first place. If anything, it makes it into a much bigger story now.

It just makes Americans seem uptight and unable to handle certain art or content. A suggestive ass is a no-no, but guns or violence are alright.

Perhaps the most sexualized country in the world and yet suggestive images or sex in video games is a national outrage.

Eh, from a story perspective thus far, I agree.

But the DLC characters (and the bonuses packed into some of them) are really nice for veteran FE players who want some nostalgia.

Admittedly, I hope that next game, they are integrated better into the story in some fashion (supports with other DLC characters or whatever) and have a slightly better way of standing out. (But that ties back into the homogenization problem Awakening has)

Anywho, the next DLC after this, Future of Despair, is actually really interesting from a narrative standpoint.

On-topic, odd that they'd censor Tharja's ass but not Cordelia's accentuated cleavage. I suppose showing the curve of the cheeks and the sparkles is what did it?

I don't get this at all. Looks like she's doing the standard pulling out of the wrinkles that pretty much everybody who wears a tight swimsuit does. It's practically a pastime with the swimmers at the olympics.

It could also be seen as her about to pull bikini downward, I think that's the problem they saw.

The new version makes it worse in that regard, since the cloth looks like someone's cape.

I feel like I am an FE vet, Ive played through all of the NA games, FE6 and FE4 as well. I'd appreciate the DLC characters if they werent completely redesigned to barely resemble their original forms, if they were actually characters that had supports, the hero cameos if they too werent just reusing generic models or had generic conversations that alluded to one 2 dimensional trait of theirs, and the map design if it wasnt so plain and exactly like every other map in the game objective wise.

What youre getting is completely over priced, but I guess I am part of the problem since I bought all of it.
