You get sniped, come back and dudes are on shopping sprees with Infinitis. Congrats to MK and Alpha. Alpha got it bad with cars

I can quit any time! Any fucking time I damn please. I don't have a problem. There's no such thing as being addicted to cars.

YOU CAN'T JUDGE ME! ONLY GOD CAN JUDGE ME!

New Legacy revealed today!

No manual transmission
No turbo
Largest rear seat room in the class
So many safety nannies

I get what they're trying to go for here (the Camry, which ironically is being kicked out of the very plant that builds the Legacy), but ffs. Was hopeful for the return of the GT after some Outback mules had hood scoops.

Thoughts/suggestions?

I had the EKM3's on my WRX, and loved them:

Less spokes the better to keep clean. I like the M52.

My God the rear of that Mustang is a motherfucking travesty.

Holy shit that's just beyond bad...

Yes. It is dreadful.

What made it even worse is they had the current 5.0 and Shelby on display too. Looked much better. Aggressive. How a Mustang should look...not like a fucking Fusion coupe.

Got damn. Jag has really done a great job of revitalizing their image. That F-Type is just incredibly gorgeous.

They'll be at the top of my list when I reach the income bracket to splurge on a car.

Went to Houston Auto Show before I was sniped. Only had a hour. Took pics. My thirst for the Vette increases but I will say...

That F-Type coupe is fucking boss. I need it. Probably out of my lane though at close to OT over 100k. Stunning in person. They shouldve came out with that first rather than the vert.

Just be thankful they didn't price it higher than the cabrio like those German fucks did with the Cayman. Those glorious, genius, German fucks...

Super excited - just managed to get this and put down a deposit - only of one of 50 in Canada, and from what I understand, it is one of the last ones.

Coming from a 2007 BMW 328i Coupe. April production, June Delivery.

Pretty much exactly what I was looking for in a car. My only issues were the lack of Keyless GO as well as the NAV screen is pretty ugly, but the new 3/4 Series has the same issue of bolt-on NAV screens.

All the new AutoGAF whips. Grats on the car! Looks gorgeous, hope it handles as well as it looks.

Damn that Mustang does look pretty meh.

That CLA AMG though... *drools*

But that center stack, did Ford have a hand in building that? Too many buttons...

Anyway, had some fun with my Miata today... had a "light dusting" (read: an inch) of snow here in North Texas today. Took my car out around the neighborhood to test the waters and it was driveable, albeit a little too much opposite lock for my taste so I had to resort to my dad's Mazda3 to get myself to school.

That said I'm pretty sure it would've been perfectly fine if I had a set of all-seasons but alas I love the performance the Yoko S-Drives has so I'm sticking with it. I'm definitely gonna get a set of snows for the next winter though.

All Benzes that aren't S-Classes have a center console that looks like that.

It is rather horrid...my brother's family car is a 2013 GL550, and the interior really is bleh.

Badass. Please come back with reports. I might upgrade to a GLA 45 someday, and am very interested to hear your impressions.

Congrats on the AMG!

I've seen so many cla's around here lately. Everything going as planned for MB.. wouldn't be surprised if it is exceeding expectations.

2" of snow on the ground, EX35 drove the 20 miles to work like a champ. It has a pretty cool snow mode that changes the RPM the transmission shifts at as well as the throttle response.

Felt better than my WRX, Outback, and Forester.

Well, maybe not better than the WRX.

I'd consider myself more attached to Portland than Seattle, certainly. Most of my good friends as well as my wife's family still live in Portland Metro.

Can go for the Blazers and the Seahawks. That's nice. Man I would've tried to get to NY for that Super Bowl if I was in Sea. 12th man and all that probably would've been fun to witness Peyton nut up.

Blackace way back when the Heat first came together. I hate the lakers and I would've rather them win than the Heatles at that time.

But now I carry this stain on me. Fuck da lakers :(

I never even noticed it up until now...LMAO.

More like, Hawks>Timbers>ASU Sundevils>Blazers.

I was big into the

Blazers back in the Wallace/Stoudamire/Sabonis days, but have since mostly lost track of the NBA.

Eh. 20 hours on planes and in airports wasn't worth it. Plus I may have missed out on my Infiniti!

Oh look, a wild hipster appears.
Excuse me, I only drink obscure whiskey, go to restaurants you've never heard of, and get exquisite meals off of food trucks.

I think I probably would have liked being a hipster. My wife wouldn't let me and tried turning me into rural folk instead. :p

Rural folk? So she wanted you to wear plaid, grow a bard, smoke cigarettes, drink cheap beer, and barely shower? I hate to break it to your wife, but...

Went by the local Chevrolet dealer to see what I'd need to do regarding the 2015 Z06. I didn't they would have much information that I didn't already know, but I did want to see if I could get my name put on a list to put up a down payment. The Corvette specialist said he'd already had a list of 20+ people.

Quick question for quick guys ( :p ) what is the BMW variant of VCDS/VAG-COM?

Edit: Nevermind, I suppose it is this: http://www.bavariantechnic.com/

That's not it.

There are literally dozens of programs out there with software that is designed to work with BMW ECUs and BCMs. The general term is "Coding". The OEM is "INPA", "ISTA", and "DIS" software. ISTA is for the more modern BMWs, INPA and DIS for anything up to 2008.

www.corvetteforum.com talk to one of the forum vendors. They'll sell them at MSRP and generally have a higher allocation so you can actually get one.

I'm going to wait on a 2016 model, personally but that car is going to kick the SHIT out of anything under 300k.

People can talk about the looks of the new mustang all they want, looks are subjective. Numbers aren't, and I'm going to think that its going to put out some crazy numbers, numbers that nothing will touch in its price range that's for sure.

Nice pics smokey. I only just the other day realized lexus makes you pay extra for that grill and never noticed the standard models come with an budget looking grille. I guess every time I see a pic they have that f sport grille.

Yeah, at least not until the next generation Camaro comes out.

Why do I keep looking at the used costs of R35's? It's like I want to tease myself.

It's getting closer and closer to that sweet purchase price for me. There's a few house projects I want to complete first (basement is a large one) so I have a reason to put it off for a few years...

The more I look at the new Mini, the more it grows on me. It's going to be hard choosing between a Mini Cooper S and a Fiat 500 Abarth, that's for sure.

Thanks Alpha. It's not for me but my bro. He bought some variant of INPA and it was a buggy POS IMO. At least compared to VCDS.

He has ordered something else now though so we will see how that works out.

But that’s not all, as an entry-level coupe is rumored to also be in the works that will be slotted under the Scion FR-S and will be priced at around $16,000. The entry-level sports car’s development is rumored to be headed by Tetsuya Tada, the GT86′s chief engineer. Sources say that both next-generation coupes will form the base for a whole range of sports cars that will start joining Toyota’s lineup starting in 2016. As for what will be under the hood of the entry-level coupe, Toyota is exploring a 1.5-liter hybrid powertrain and is hoping for a 2017 debut.

Don't talk to me about Corvettes. -_-

I have been doing some GM related stuff at work and there have been about 45 different models of that car, and that is only from 2010 onward.
