The college in your town has more students than the actual inhabitants of your town.
Welcome to the BCT.
It's not surprising, since it's both a commuter school and it's in Ypsi. The only thing the town has going for it is its proximity to Ann Arbor, which has led to the town starting to become gentrified and losing its black population since UMich students and grads are being priced out of Ann Arbor itself.
