Do the tourist things.
Eiffel Tower, Notre-Dame de Paris, the Louvre, Champs-Élyséea, Père-Lachaise, Musée d'Orsay, the Concierge and the chapel there, drink wine at Chelsea Georges and such. Just to see it. Also try to walk around as much as possible. That's how I found Hotel Hugo. Just got bored and took a random route and got hungry. This was before cellphones though.

If you find Hotel Hugo walk in and ask the old lady for a house special. I can't remember where it was but was the damn best mystery meat I have eaten.

As for the language barriers, can't really say that English have failed me when I have failed my French.... Which is a lot these days.

Rue montorgueil, cause who doesn't like a food market
Eiffel tower Is pretty much mandatory.
If you drink, hit up Moonshiner. Its a "hidden" speakeasy.

I speak french, however you don't need to worry about being fluent in it when it comes to the locals, just make sure you're polite about it, an excuse me and hello goes a long way before you say anything else.

Welcome! Yea those type of threads can be a pain to even read. I've been busy with RL stuff to the point that I know engaging with some GAF threads would tilt me. Whenever I have a clear mind I engage with them though.

Evoland 2 is shockingly good. Evoland was an average game with interesting presentation, E2 is a game I would play from jump with cool mechanics thrown in.

Life is good. I had leg day at the gym this morning and then did grocery shopping. I'll probably stroll downtown for a bit closer to noon. How's things on your end?

Souls-type genre. Ha imagine if Bloodborne 2 was filled with Black characters. Too many people would rage.

Just found out the manger who was 2nd in charge of the store I work and has been with the company for more than 20+ years just got demoted to being basic team member.


At that point I would just retire.

I gotta go grocery shopping and hit the gym. I'll be at Costco though.

Things are good. My vacation ends tomorrow. Back to work and that long commute. Have a huge presentation due week after this, so...heaven help us all.

This will work. Gives the flexibility for enemies and worlds.
