If you can't afford/can't get the prescription meds, there are some over the counter stuffs that may help? And if it works, it's hella cheaper and easier to attain than the prescription stuff. (plus no social stigma for herbal supplements)

I went for the cognitive behavioral therapy route instead of meds. I don't feel as bad as I used to on a regular basis but it's still there enough for me to notice.

2 new families moved into my neighborhood last week. Both of them black and right next to me. We are the black corner now.
