You are right in one respect, it was made to show a glimpse into the life of South Central LA. However; it was meant to show this to Black people in the rest of the country, White people just happened to receive the message also. Realize that before Boyz in tha Hood, all we outside knew about that life was what was shown on the evening news and that was basically, 'look at these animals and super predators"

Chelsea Manning Says It Was Her 'Responsibility' to Leak Documents

(NEW YORK) — Chelsea Manning believed she had a "responsibility to the public" and didn't think she was risking national security when she leaked a trove of classified documents, the soldier said in her first interview since being released from a military prison last month.
The 29-year-old formerly known as Bradley Manning said in a pre-taped interview broadcast Friday on ABC's "Good Morning America" that she was prompted to give the 700,000 military and State Department documents to WikiLeaks because of the human toll of the "death, destruction and mayhem" she saw as an Army intelligence analyst in Iraq. She told ABC that she has "accepted responsibility" for her actions.
"No one told me to do this. No one directed me to do this. This is me. It's on me," she said.

Grant , Howard, Hoover, Eisenhower, and bitch ass Zachary Taylor, are the only white men in the history of US Presidency without prior political experience with Trump being the most recent. And this dude basically says "let it go, he doesn't really know what he's doing." THEN WHY IS HE THE FUCKING POTUS???? Man deals in snake oil sent to govern the country. He ain't even serve in the army. But the black man was bad for the country. I don't have enough eye roll energy.
