i actually like the Chinese take-out at two different spots down here. one of them has Pork Fried Rice that i can actually eat! i was never a fan of pork fried rice in NYC, always rolled with plain, chicken or beef (or veg or shrimp on rare occasions) because the Pork Fried Rice just never tasted good and always just tasted salty... but this stuff, it's just.. i dunno, better pig or better preparation or something, it's amazing. the other place has this thing called Bourbon Chicken, which is basically General Tso's Chicken with Bourbon in it and it's DELICIOUS!!! both places have underwhelming egg rolls though
, but yeah, that's why i didn't mention Chinese take-out.
