This is a "Welcome to NeoGAF" post if there ever were one.
At the same time, it doesn't warrant the reactions here. I was expecting something a lot crazier than "I don't like the rape theme prevalent in most porn" and "I'm sexually attracted to androgynous people."

A lot of what Holy is saying [in that giant porn post] true of the industries they speak critically of. What is telling though is the complete denial of placing the same critical lens on their own fetishizing of cute or "moe". This absolutely has its own repercussions and a disturbing relationship to pedophilia but such things are excused or ignored simply because it happens to be their fetish of choice. It takes a special kind of person to be simultaneously smart/aware about the rest of the world's sexual habits but that much in denial about their own.

Fire Emblem is amazing. Put over 100 hours into it in one run through. Definitely worth the money and then some - also the DLC is mostly worth the money as well. Great title.

His post reads like he's very self-aware. He starts off by saying how aware he is of how people view his preferences. Or, is it not self-aware because he doesn't share the same opinion about his preferences that everyone else does? I could see that, though I'd call it something else besides a lack of awareness.
Also, calling out other people on the same type of dirt you do, without acknowledging that you do it is a staple of being human.
