I obviously can't speak for black people, but I've never heard the general sentiment of 'durr you're not murrican' towards anyone save maybe some obviously (clothing, etc) middle eastern people, and that has only happened a few times.
However, a friend of mine up here (ND) was called a 'prairie nigger' at a bar so I think there are some regional issues that might come into play; the area is 99% white. It was a younger dude who said this, fwiw, all the old people around are too socially polite to say shit like this even though they might (and some do, IME) think this way.

no, its generally pretty obvious that Blacks have been in the country long before most whites have (the big irish/italian/eastern europe immigration waves came hundreds of years after the slave trade), so you rarely hear us disparaged as being "non american".
You occasionally hear the "go back to africa" comments, but even those are pretty rare these days outside of Klan meetings, and usually come in the context of "if you don't like [douchebag conservative position] then go back to africa where it's better"

Only once. When I was 12 me and my mom were at our local sears parking lot getting a Christmas tree and the guy who wrapped the tree up said go back to Africa under his breath as he put the tree next to the car. I was the only one who heard it and didn't say anything till later cause I was kind of in shock. I grew up in a very diverse town 40%black 40%white 10%Asian %10%hispanic, so I had never encountered any type of racism cause we all just got along. I always assumed that was how the rest of the country was for the most part......until I went to college, and had to deal with people who had never actually had a conversation with a black person.
