Same as every other season complete narrative reset with the new character dying or being sealed away and nothing actually happens.Curious to see how the season will end.
True. Homelander is just too iconic for the show. Arguably, the Homelander basically defines the Boys IP at this point. I don't even think that they will finish him off in the 5th season. Though it depends if other spin offs will take off or not.My issue with The Boys is this: every season Homelander is the major antagonist. And last season they tried to give us the "will they or won't they?" kill off Homelander. But we all know they won't because the show would suck without Homelander. So it's that perpetual dilemma to have a season built around the tension that Homelander brings to every scene because he could snap and kill everyone and the characters trying to figure out how to stop him but with you knowing there's no chance he'll actually be stopped because the show needs him.
Yep, I noticed that. It's like spinning a hamster wheel. I don't think I'm gonna watch it. It really doesn't go anywhere.Same as everyone other season complete narrative reset with the new character dying or being sealed away and nothing actually happens.
I just enjoy watching Homelander be a complete cunt.My issue with The Boys is this: every season Homelander is the major antagonist. I expect there’ll be a redemption arc at some point where he becomes the good guy. Easiest way to keep him around. My issue with The Boys is this: every season Homelander is the major antagonist. Yeah, i was hoping he would come back.Looking forward to it.
I'm disappointed about them putting Solider Boy on ice. The dude was such a fantastic character. Jensen Ackles killed it!

I’m not sure what others aren’t seeing here…Slight hot take but I think they’re doing a fantastic job of building up other villain roles:My issue with The Boys is this: every season Homelander is the major antagonist. Thanks for the heads up. I've got no reason to watch the trailer if I'm already sold on it.Looks great, had to stop the trailer though was showing way too much shit lol
Is this show worth watching?
If you have a dark sense of humour and like gore then absolutely! Is this show worth watching?
Mother's Milk looks like he snuck into Starlight's Ozempic stash.

I think that mainly their traditional fantasy shows are where they are suffering in quality. Rings of Power and Wheel of Time were both stinkers. I’ve found quite a few gems on prime when I look outside of that bubble.Between Fallout, Clarksons Farm S3 and now this prime is doing a good job keeping me subscribed.

Rings of Power was always gonna be bad, they hired total noobs as showrunners of a billion dollar project.I think that mainly their traditional fantasy shows are where they are suffering in quality. You get an advert for usually another prime show before a program starts, and that's it. Well it is in my experience anyway.Looks neat. But fuck ads on Prime. Off to the high seas when this releases.
He still with Amber Heard? He must be a master at dealing with crazy if so.Jeffery dean morgan is pretty insufferable. The boys last season was pretty insufferable.
I like Karl urban. So I will give this a shot.
It's the most enjoyable loop of nothingness you'll ever see. I'm somehow consistently entertained by it without being invested at all.Is this show worth watching?
I think they're going to make this Black Noir the comic one. I won't spoil further but I hope I'm right.I could have sworn Black Noir died last season, Maeve as well but I gather since that was at the end we’ll get an explanation.
You’re right, he would be easily replaceable given the suit covers his identity.I think they're going to make this Black Noir the comic one. I won't spoil further but I hope I'm right.
I just spent 1 min watching that. Thanks.Every season so far has been
"oooh boy Homelander is about to loose it....any moment now guys....watch out because he is about to snap!!!!"
It's 3 seasons of:
