I thought there was a discount on the season pass when buying gold, but it seems it is just the national guard outfits you get with gold. Meh, I guess I really don't need that.

Not sure how Normal Edition, Gold Edition and Season Pass are priced where you live, but at least in Finland you save 10-20€ if you take Gold instead of Normal + Pass. I don't see Season Pass on PSN yet, but Normal is 70€ and Gold is 95€ or so which makes Gold way better for those who want SP on day 1 too.

yeah the prices on the xbox argentinian store are crazy. was considering getting on ps4 because it may look and perform better, but for 48 usd gold edition i cant say no to the xbox juan.

God damn, I want these gold prices in US!

Here you go!

This has probably been mentioned but I missed it. The update on Xbox One beta is downloadable now.

Not happening for me(N.A.),clicked on the game, let it load and got a message saying beta coming soon, but no patch...someone gave me a code for the last beta though, maybe thats why...?

Your console might have auto updated. Mine has been acting weird since I got my son an Xbox One for Xmas and set his as my home console/vice versa (game sharing).

Was hoping Trump tower would be in the gane. The map indicates it won't, at least at launch. Looks to me it ends around where Rockefeller center is.

Damn, so there is zero point to the gold right now in NA.

Gold doesn't give those outfits, it's National Guard outfit. In NA only way to get them is with that origins code and in EU it's all about from which store you pre-order, e.g. in UK you need pre-order from GAME for 1 or 2 of those.

Such a shame every post about this game ends in downgrade arguments, however the sales prediction is really interesting.

How do you think each platform will do?

Personally i think it'll be PS4 > PC > X1 in sale figures.

I surely do hope they come out on top with massive amounts of content for us :D

PS4 > X1 > PC going by recent sales figures. I guess the question is will the gap between X1 and PC be as significant.

I would have said PS4 > X1 > PC.

Amazon, however, has this listing (http://www.amazon.com/best-sellers-video-games/zgbs/videogames):
4) Xbone (Standard)
40) PS4 (Standard)
56) PS4 (Gold)
85) PC

I realize this isn't the best metric, and have no way of knowing if PS4 Standard+Gold > Xbone Standard+Gold. I just think it's interesting that the Xbone Standard edition is so far ahead of the PS4 standard.

But this is probably mostly boxed copies, while PC usually have a much higher Digital distribution margin. Especially with keysellers, steam and such out there making it super easy.
Also the 20% off (w/ Prime) boxed copies really help push them on Amazon.

Probably a better metric than amazon preorders.

Games sold in those quarters are mostly games that do well on console, while FarCry and Clancy games usually do well on PC

Q1 and Q2 is going to be very interesting this year
We'll see. I'm just saying that using actual sales figures are probably better than whatever the current amazon preorders are when making a prediction.

Anyone know of a cheaper (legit, worldwide reseller, preferably) place than Gamesplanet for PC Gold version? Looks like about $71 after currency conversion.

Greenmangaming is legit, and officially listed for some publishers.

For Division; the keys don't come directly from Ubisoft but a Autorized Reseller

Ninja edit; seems like they don't sell the Gold edition right now? Pretty sure i saw it there earlier.
But here is a full list of Ubi Authorized resellers;

Do we have hard info yet on the distribution of the DZ population?

I felt the beta was far too crowded with other players. How will this work in retail? Do we know?
