My brother LOVES SHIELD and I just don't get it. Which is weird, because I love the Marvel movies with a burning passion. Agent Carter was legit fantastic, but Shield is just not very good, although seeing the headlines about Inhumans and stuff in the show almost makes me want to watch it just for that.

SHIELD is good, so is Arrow, but The Flash has far exceeded both shows. I watch all three and I'm fan of all three, but god damn...The Flash. Just...yeah, so good.

Though Shield DOES have Skye's crazy awesome father. He's just so hammy and fun to watch. Of course, it is Kyle MacLachlan, so anything goes with that guy.

Best superhero show on TV easily
until Daredevil
. While Arrow has continued to push me away, The Flash keeps pulling me in.
I feel the same way. Arrow s2 was really good with
slade
but s3 just hasn't been the as good. I'd easily take flash s1 over both s2 and 3 of Arrow so far though.

Can't wait to see daredevil

I'm trying to wrap my head around it, but now that we know that Nora's death was accidental, can Barry even save her and cause Flashpoint? He'd be condemning himself to death, which would be a paradox in and of itself, because then how would he go back in time to save himself?

ugh, time travel is tough.

I like how Wells noticed they were playing him almost immediately. My disguise be damned, Imma kill these fools!

I think what happens is that he goes back in time to save his mom, but ends up losing the fight against RF again so he decides to save his kid version, sacrificing his mom.

Well, if he wasn't so dedicated to pursuing the investigation into his mom's death, would he still be in that forensics lab and thus become The Flash?

Time travel, dammit!

Woooooooaahhh. I don't think I took a breath in the last 10 minutes of the episode. How was this not the finale? ! This show! Damn man

Goosebumps watching the last 20 minutes. Everything is/was insane to the core and name dropping and facts dropping and everything in it. I need more!

Linda is the real victim in all of this. Barry now knows that he can have Iris whenever he wants, it's only a matter of time before he breaks it off with Ms. Park.

So was Wells/Thawne always the founder of Star Labs? Did Star Labs exist before Wells went back or did he create it to turn Barry into The Flash

I'm pretty sure it was founded after Barry's mom was killed. Think it was around for 10 years.

Will be interesting to see what his wife that died had to do with things.

I wonder how the Wells/Thawne reveal will happen now. Will Cisco still find out about the hologram? I think it was the "speed mirage" mention that got the wheels turning in Cisco's head. But that won't happen now.

I loved this episode but I kind of hate time travel resets like that. Made the events of the episode pointless outside being all set-up for Barry to break through the time barrier. I don't see how the "real" Thawne reveal is going to top this one, Valdes and Cavanagh acted the hell out of that scene

I love how this episode had a bunch of season finale level twists and reveals to only have it all undone by time travel. Fucking brilliant.

Needed to have time travel to undo all the evil wells did like killing Cisco. That needs to be reversed, but who will remember how things are? only Barry or will the event be so traumatic it will remain with Cisco as well.

Hyped to find out which.

I agree that it'll be tough for the next Wells reveal to top the first one. Also the only real thing that survived the time travel is that Barry is now aware that Iris is in love with him.

Spoilers from the promo.

So Eddie is pissed at Barry in the next episode, but Barry went back in time before he kissed Iris, so why would Eddie be mad.

The reveals were for the audience, not the characters. Which lessens the "oh shit" factor of those moments a bit in hindsight IMO. At least for me

Those last ten minutes were amazing, but now they never happened

Surely there is going to be a lingering effect to all that happened, I doubt it's gonna get brush off as time-travel reset.

I like the idea that someone mentioned of Cisco stuff being so traumatic that it stayed with him even though Barry traveled back in time. Maybe he'll get a feeling of deja-vu or some shit.

WTF THIS EPISODE.

What kind of CG fucking wizards do they have over at CW because this show continues to shit all over other network/premium shows with 3x the budget.

Also, that last 10 minutes holy shit.
