Why would he be on the list? I assumed he was a small time crook.
I didn't even think Iris West knew about STAR Labs much less that Barry Allen worked there. The show may have introduced it earlier and had Barry tell her 'he's helping the Flash' but that's stretching a bit. The big thing the show is building towards is 'the final confrontation' next week -- when I saw that Barry read the headlines for 2024, he had changed his own timeline (unless it's still going to happen).
This show needs to slowly introduce Max Mercury or Wally West as Kid Flash or heck even the Golden Age Flash. I would even love to see Tangent Comics Flash join in or better yet the Legion of Super Heroes.

Then just say that in-universe, problem solved. As it stands, it looks like you just touch the wall and it opens. And the lack of an alarm thing is harder to explain.
As for the Cisco/BC picture, is it weird that, given the dialogue/the way that they were interaction in that scene, my immediate thought was "wait, did she give him a nude photo of herself of something?" Thankfully that wasn't the case.

Sisco and Black Canary are so fantastic together, I genuinely want more of their moments together. I also want a buddy cop comedy of Detective West and Detective Chesthair.
I liked how they linked the two family secrets (Lance and West secrets) together, very well done. Cross-pollination is good.
Anyone notice the music on this show, and just how good it is? This is the best show on television.

Yooo, Laurel this episode. GODDAMN. She needs to smile more in Arrow. She looked damn good... Loved the scene between her and Cisco as well and the Canary Cry!!!
Chesthair was pretty great too this episode. I feel both characters are being wasted in Arrow...they just don't have the opportunity to have a bit of fun.
Thawne killing the cops from the teaser was a fake-out. Bah. Should have known...

Any number of explanations for this. Could be that at this point wells knew what they were doing and wanted them to find it. Why else would the future paper just come up on it's own? Wells usually has to activate it himself. Plus there probably is some kind of silent alert sent to wells though that is just speculation.
As they passed through the doorway there was a beam of light that they all passed through. I figured it was either an alarm or it logged their presence to alert Wells when he returns to the room. Considering it was a stinger and they had time constraints, I'm a bit forgiving at their ease of getting in.

Yeah, now that you mention I did notice that beam scanning them.
Hmm, maybe them being able to access the room wasn't as stupid as it initially seemed.

Just a guess but I think he just traveled back to his present time as quickly as he could. Since he left before Thawne that meant Thawne no longer had access to the speedforce till present barry grew up and became the flash.
