Grant Gustin is showing me that in every episode that DC made a huge mistake in not making him the Flash for the movie. Like man... he is just a great and charming Barry. He is nailing the character and growing with it.

Warner Bros and DC will no doubt fuck up their movie initiative trying to chase Marvel and Disney. I rather they leave Grant Gustin on TV where he can shine and have a loyal fanbase for years too come.

I have to hand to CW. I think that fight redeemed them of all the shitty Smallville fights they gave us. It was so well done, so many awesome moments, and the fight didn't feel cheap. I mean, Batman vs Superman, you just know it's going to have some huge contrived reason why Bruce can take on Clark in a fight. But here, it worked, mainly because Barry wasn't so overpowered that it didn't feel ridiculous that Oliver could hold his own

My CW glitched for a second and suddenly they were back from commercial and the bad guy was captured. Was there anything between them subduing Flash and them capturing the meta human?

They didn't bother showing how he was captured. It would never live up to being a proper followup of Batman vs Superman.

This is truth.

This makes me anxious about what is coming with Killer Frost. I like her too much as a character to lose her to the prison particle accelerator. However, with the appearance of Firestorm, she'll have a steady supply of heat. Even without him, I'm sure Barry could work as a substitute. Which is good, because I have been shipping Baitlin hard.

Also, I need to see Danielle Panabaker wearing some Santa-Baby-winter-themed costume like this. Please CW that would be the greatest Christmas present ever.

Apparently it was just the edit but I swear I thought it was some sort of broadcasting glitch the way my image stuttered for a second.

shot in the trailer was from? Doesn't seem they'll be next week either, as that's a
Reverse Flash
episode, so it was from an episode next year?

How big of a star would they have if the pulled off a movie with him as the Flash though...just wow , and some GA cameo in the film mmmmmm mmmmmm.

Felicity is the worst character on these shows. She can literally do everything with computers, they don't even need Flash or Arrow. Ugh I hate "super hacker" type characters.

Still love her though when she's not hacking stuff or falling for the super stalker creep, so like 10% of the time
 
Damn, I gotta say I was really DREADING this crossover episode because I really can't get into Arrow(made it 15 or 16 eps in I know people say it gets much better) but Damn I really enjoyed this episode a lot. Even with the special effects flaws

You should give it another chance. I was in the same boat, but season two of Arrow is still tops on anything DC since Dark Knight.
 
Just watched. Man, this episode hit so many of the right beats. The teams were great at interacting. I loved Wells' swag when revealing he had uncovered Ollie's secret.

The last 20 minutes was just great one moment after another.

Excited for the tomorrow.
