So who's who out of the the top ten?

1. Rannoch F1
2. TXGM Racing
3. Vaporware F1
4. Igo Racing
5. Andys Vroom Vroom Racers
6. FER-GP
7. SL884
8. Joba62x F1
9. Cerebral Assassin
10. Sub Zero9285

#5 here. Squeezed into top 5 last time when Vettel went out and everyone else bet on RBR exclusively.

Finished 6th! Slowly made my way into the top 10 during the season but it's really hard to move up once you're in there. Good fun.

Our car will be so slow people have time to stop and stare at the beauty of our masterpiece. Animated gifs are a must.

You got that wrong. Our car will be so fast, that we can only play animated gifs at the start and pitstops. I'd say michaeljacksonpopcorn.gif during the starts when the lights turn on and I'll let you guys decide which gif for the stops.

Oh, and during a DRS overtake, we could play ClarksonArielAtom.gif.

Haha, who would be in what position though?

I would LOVE to be one of the driver's personal engineer. I would just rage down the mic each time our nominated driver does a fuck up. F1 game-gaf knows what I'm talking about. I provide a lot of useful constructive feedback.

Leunam would have to be the team principal. No doubt

Shaneus can be our personal mascot.
I'm both flattered and... something else. Not sure.

Conflicted?

14th in the fantasy league... Not bad, but I could do better. All it really takes is missing a race or two early in the season and some bad results later on in the season to totally screw you up though.

As for the final race, it was pretty good, but I really wanted to see Massa and Hammy fight it out on track, not have one of their cars die :(

Someone is jealous.

I forgot Lotus were changing their name to Caterham next year (which is funny considering I'd just read an article about them changing earlier) and assumed it was Team Lotus. Going to Renault isn't as bad, but depends how good their car is tbh.

Lotus (Caterham) Can't afford Kimi for a race. He needs a lot of ice.

I'd jizz my pants.

Alonso and Kubica in one team. My 2 favourite drivers.

And since they are very good friends it could work. Alonso will definitely have to approve his new teammate, since he already was the responsible for Aldo Costa firing.

Unfortunately it's impossible to know if Kubica can return to drive a F1 as well as he did before the crash (to me he was the best driver last year).

the helmut marko stuff isn't exactly surprising.
Vettel is his baby and he will rip everyone's legs and hearts out who dares to make him look bad

Apparently the rumor now is Kimi Raikkonen will drive for Lotus next year.

If so, it would be really interesting to see who he's racing alongside. One would have to assume that he's bringing a lot of money with him for Lotus to be able to afford him (given the apparent money trouble they've been having), so that could put Petrov on shakey ground (on top of everything that's been going on recently). As much as I'd love to see Kimi back though, it would absolutely suck if his return cockblocks Grosjean or Senna, as the pair of them fully deserve a proper shot at it.

Pretty much means that Kubica is screwed at Renault, if he's still able to drive a car.

From what I've inferred from the events of this season and some stories I've read, I'd say all signs point to Kubica having no intention of ever returning to Lotus (if he proves fit enough to return at all).

And if Kimi does join Lotus, I fully expect there to be a rather explosive falling out between him and Boullier at some point next season.

Sky Sports F1 will show archive footage and specialist programming, all of which will be supported by interactive content

Nice, I hope they re-run all of the old grand prix in full. Interactive content? Selectable camera views in the archive footage, please!

I don't think Kimi's bringing any money, he was never a pay driver. Remember, Frank Williams was supposedly chasing that Qatari investment so he could afford Kimi's services, so I think it's safe to assume that Kimi is looking for a nice pay check.

I like Kimi but the field has changed and he's been out for a while.

Vettel, Rosberg, Alonso and Hamilton all likely are faster than him. We'll see though.

Those three certainly, but I'm not sure you can place Rosberg in the top tier of drivers in terms of raw speed. Frankly, I think Button's faster than him, on top of all the other attributes that Jenson has, that Rosberg is lacking at the moment.

I mean bringing money in the form of sponsorship, which as you've outlined yourself, is essentially what needed to happen (at least indirectly) for him to end up at Williams (or at least, that seems to be the consensus among the rumours).

I very much doubt Lotus can afford to buy Kimi's services outright.
