"I’m not interested in what people think about me. I’m not Michael Schumacher."

Burn.

PS. I always loved his "I was taking a shit" interview. So wooden, it's hilarious.

Were pictures of Kimi sleeping with the inflatable rubber dolphin ever released?

I read the story so many times but never saw pictures.

More bullshit.
All the fans are in Western Europe and races times are oriented to be on or near good times
on European TV schedules.

Stuart Rose is a very savvy businessman. Did wonders for M&S.

Not too sure how he'd do in F1 but at least he'd be better then Bernie.

Bernies views on women, Hitler and Max Mosley are the stuff of legend.

Yes, but the big licensing fees are outside Europe, that's why he loves his Asian night races. Maximum euro TV audience, and maximum license fee. He doesn't have to worry about selling tickets, he already has his money. He is evil, but far from from stupid.

Status quo at the top. But 2013 should see some changes at Ferrari (Massa leaving), Red Bull (Webber leaving, possibly retiring), Mercedes (Schumacher retiring), McLaren (Hamilton leaving).

I would take a gamble on Riccardio replacing Trulli at Caterham with Sutil at Williams next year with Maldonado.

Ricciardo to STR is more likely, besides, Trulli is contracted at Caterham until the end of next season.

If Williams decide against Barrichello then I'd imagine Sutil would be their top choice, Sutil has also been in talks with LRGP as well so I would't rule that out. Then again Sutil could still stay at FIF1, though he didn't seem very optimistic after the GP this weekend.

Yeah, I'm thinking the same. Maybe put Ricciardo in instead.

Thanks. But no thanks.

I think F1 expanding is a good thing (India is great, the NJ track looks like it could be great) but getting rid of the classic, great Euro tracks for tracks like Korea/Bahrain is an awful idea if it means Valencia stays when others go.

Silverstone, Monza, Spa, Catalunya, Monaco, Nurburgring are the six from Europe I'd want to be in the calendar every single year personally.

Thanks for being the first to post such wonderful news

Wise words from Kimi

lol I've read those quotes so many times and I still laugh when I read them

Kimi is so boss.

Yes he is..

Iceman is back.. best news of the decade

Great words from Alesi

http://www.autosport.com/news/report.php/id/96582

"Kimi has more natural speed than just about anyone who has ever raced a Grand Prix car, and if he's coming back it's because he wants to do it, he misses F1, and he believes he can do well.

"F1 teams need a driver who will consistently set laptimes that are 100 per cent on the edge," he said. "That is what a driver of Kimi's caliber can do, to dance on the edge and never fall off. From that, the engineers get a baseline.

I expect Kimi will be a very valuable tool indeed. But I don't expect a lot of talking outside the car! I'm sure he hasn't changed a bit."

He'll do something Ayrton always planned on doing; driving for the Prancing Horse.
I really don't see him doing that, but who knows?

Like Ark said I don't see him leaving McLaren for a long time.

Tony Fernandes gave an interview yesterday where he said Trulli was under contract "for now". That to me is the death sentence and he will be replaced in a couple of weeks.
