Not wanting to harp on, but Webber's Twitter seems like anything but. Other than the odd RT for a charity, it provides an interesting insight. I think his most recent was about having dinner with a young NZ driver in the UK or something.Lucius86 said:All I ever see on my twitter feed by F1 drivers is that they are ALWAYS training or doing sponsorship promos outside of racing.
But Alonso needs a real number two, not some young guy, fresh from the academy. How the hell is he supposed to get backup, when he starts from the first place and his teammate from the 5th position? It doesn't work like that.DrM said:I think these are JA wishes and nothing else.
Also Button is not so stupid/crazy to be eight violin @ Ferrari.
Most likely driver to replace Massa is Perez or some other guy from Ferrari Driving Academy. Alonso would love that, fo' sure - clear #1, without any real threat from his teammate.

Both of them seem to get on well.
That would be a good to see!Omiee said:i'd like di resta to be alonso's team mate, he's getting everything done to easy for him within the ferrari team. Di resta is one of those guys that will fight and race him.
Yeah they're like the dream team. Button and Webber would be pretty great, too.Xun said:I'd love to see Button and Hamilton stay together with McLaren for quite some time, I really don't imagine Button going over to Ferrari.

McLaren are by far the coolest team on the grid, I feel. They let their drivers race each other, they both seem to be treated equally and you get the sense that everyone gets along. Button and Hammy seem to genuinely be friends.
Foliorum Viridum said:Perhaps, but it makes the sport more interesting than a team like Ferarri where Massa is just Alonso's bitch and basically sucking him off every racing.
Foliorum Viridum said:I know it's the reality of the business etc but I just don't like it at all. I wish team orders were still banned, I wish every team treated their drivers equally. It would just make the sport more fun as a spectator.

Are you telling me that even a god can't start a F1 race from the 3rd gear?Lucius86 said:That's because Webber is a GOD. He doesn't need to train because he is already the best.

Must be a pretty lousy racing god, if you ask me.Lucius86 said:

If you can't have Spa or Monaco in the game, you can still have it on you key ring...
Found those randomly, I am not related to that company.

Webber and Barrichello are the best to follow because they actually use Twitter like people usually use Twitter.Shaneus said:Not wanting to harp on, but Webber's Twitter seems like anything but. Which is weird... considering they're of more mature age than most of the field, you'd thing they'd have almost no idea on how to best use it. Perhaps I should start following Reubens as well.RomanticHeroX said:Webber and Barrichello are the best to follow because they actually use Twitter like people usually use Twitter.
