The floodlights aren't actually always on, they just flicker on and off very fast.

It's not noticeable with the naked eye, but slow motion camera's capture more frames per second.

Looks like the Hamilton contract situation is nearly a done deal.

Both Eddie Jordan and Martin Brundle have said this morning that a deal will be announced on Wednesday.

Alguersuari already said he will announce this week where he will drive next year, so both announcements are probably related. The rumor is that he's going to Force India, so DiResta or Hulkenberg is out.

It would make a lot of sense for DiResta to go to Mercedes or McLaren.

What a strange decision by Sauber not to send Kobayashi back out. There was more than enough time for a quick stop and release on enw tyres. Only thing I can think of is he wasn't fueled for any extra runs.

Just pointing out again that the McLaren page is really great during the race weekend, with live data, info and timing. Obviously just for the both McLaren, but still a great service. I wish F1.com would provide the same info for all cars.
