Mainly because in that whole sequence you are the aggressor. Joel was attacking, they were defending. It wouldn't make sense in the situation for Joel to be attacked because A) The doctors know he is armed and dangerous. 2) Joel at that point is committed. The doctor is simply another door that needs to be opened to get to ellie. Not another enemy. Z) Having the doctor attack would be you acting in self defense which throughout the entire game you are doing except seemingly when ellie is in danger during the snowstorm. Whenever Ellie is on the line Joel is the aggressor; fighting for her and by extension his own mental survival.

I doubt you will. It should ring up as 'do not sell' even if you got someone to pull the game for you. Usually the early copies are gotten through distribution or mom and pops.

I honestly don't understand why so many people expect to get an early copy at walmart. Both because of the "Do Not Sell" computer alert and because big stores don't break street dates intentionally. If people get them early (in the US at least) it's very likely from the sources you mentioned.

Yeah I'm really looking forward to Grounded as well. Goddamn the gameplay is just so fun and thrilling. It has no right being that good after Uncharted 3's combat.

Hyped to play that 60 fps multiplayer as well, with an actual team this time instead of just randoms.

The only only two ps4 games I can think that broke street date were tomb raider definitive edition (gamestop) and Infamous Second Son (ebay, which surely doesn't count)

Even Grounded isn't truly hard.
Basically is the Survivor difficulty but with no HUD and less checkpoints
