To anyone who has played this game (or knows about the story), I have a question. How is the love story in the game? I was surprised to see that there was one in a review. Without being spoilery, is it a main part of the story or is it just kind of tacked on. Yeah, I'm a hopeless romantic and I ate up the love story in ffx, so it would be nice to see another good love story in a JPRG (a serious love story and not some goofy one.)

My local Gamestop texted me, says the game has arrived. Now, if only my Wii will start reading discs again.

Get a cleaning kit from Nintendo's website, my Wii wouldn't read double layer games (i.e. SSMB, Xenoblade) and I cleaned it in like 2 minutes, and now there's no problem at all.

The book is nice. Good paper stock, it feels solid. Some cool images and a nice blurb by the Gooch.
This has been getting a lot of positive press, I've noticed. I finished the EU one a few months back, and whilst I enjoyed it, I think it's a bit much to call it one of the greatest RPGs of the generation.
The last boss theme is tremendous though. Even if it does sound astoundingly like Metroid Prime at one point.

This box sure is tempting me to just rip it open and play the thing. But I think I wanna wait till after dinner, and then just spaz out for like... the entire night.
If this is what you're looking for, you might want to buy and play Xenoblade Chronicles if you haven't already.
Also my copy of TLS from Amazon is currently in my city out for delivery. Hooray!

Yes, thanks for the great work on this. The packaging reminds me of the awesome job you guys did with Wild Arms 5. That was an excellent love letter to the franchise's fans.
Eh. Xenoblade doesn't have much of a love story either. At least not one that I found memorable. The game's strengths generally lay elsewhere than in its characters.

The slipcase was to preserve the pristine look of the book cover container. We have to have the info on the back of the games, but we also wanted your display copies to be free of blurbs/screenshots etc, so we put the whole thing in a special slipcase.

About to head home from school, my copy should be there when I get home. I'm not going to crack it open yet (if I can help it) since I'm not finished with Xenoblade yet. If prices are climbing when I get done, I'll probably keep it sealed.
