Alright, thanks.
Beginning to feel like I'm getting too strong and whatever is there will be a cakewalk.
Sell all your heart containers and remove your armor. That brings back the challenge

Either worksdon't over think it, just stand on it and do a jump attack
Has anyone tried making a hard save, then starting a new game and on the new game only saving it via autosaves?
In theory, this should let you have two save files when you start a new game. Only thing is when you go back to your hard save it'll erase your new save.
If that worked for anyone then let me know. I want to try a new game soon but am too afraid to erase my nearly 100% Shrine/Sidequest save file. I don't want to start a new profile. >_>
Anywayz: only 8 more shrines and I know where they all are. Feels good. Saving Eventide for last. Still missing like 30 sidequests somehow.
I've done that with both and gotten nothing out of it. Is there some trick that I'm missing?
Is the pedestal glowing?
Honestly, now that the hard stuff is out of the way, a lot of this is probably pretty realistic for the next game. Maybe not 15+ traditional dungeons though lol
This is a great point. I'd love a bustling Castle Town full of people from all corners of the world. Out of the 80+ hours I put in, at least 30 of those were interacting with NPCs. I cant get enough of Zelda NPCs and side quests. Theyre so much fun.
I did think the post apocalyptic concept here was nice. I stumbled onto the ruins of a large village near Lake Hylia. I wonder how Link feels looking at all these burned homes and things knowing it happened because he failed to save the world 100 years ago.
Yes.
Don't get me wrong, I love the setting. Fallout and Zelda are my two favourite series so having this game meld so many aspects from Fallout (Open world, post apocalypse, loot and character progression, NPCs with depth) is a dream come true. I still have moments of disbelief when I see the Zelda logo in the loading screen. This is a GOAT-tier game for me.
Finished the game a couple a nights ago. Now I am ready to do a 3 heart run.
Wish me luck... D:
Does durability up + just affect the equipment it's on?
Question about, just gotDragonsany hint would be appreciatedgreen dragon scale, Is there any quest related to that?![]()
ThxHead straight to Ganon and use only what you find in Hyrule Castle to beat him, it's an awesome challenge.
yes
Yes, there are 3 shrines linked directly to springs of the triforce.
Wow a few you guys have beaten the game already. I'm still stuck talking to the NPCs and trying toI must be real inefficient with my game time as I am already 30 hrs in.buy a house.

How is the Wii U version of the game fairing? I really want to play this game, but I don't like to buy new systems when there is only one game I'm interested in. I've dealt with some pretty bad framerate stuff in the past and not been too bothered, such as Blight Town, or Skyrim, how sensitive would I be to the performance of the Wii U version? Thanks.
Not impossible at all if you useWell, I beat the game after not remembering how to parry a single time until the final boss.where I actually finally learned/remembered to hit A....the boss is impossible to beat without it. The guardians were impossible for me to beat as well as I thought you parried by bringing up your shield at the last minute. I just soaked up damage the whole way up the hill.
My fault, but it made the game a chore to play!
I also had neverridden a horse until the final battle, which made me end up jumping off numerous times.
I'm terrible at this game.
Yeah, just make him a profile. Even the DLC purchased on your profile will work on the other ones.so with this game not using the 3 game profile/saves we are used to, how would i be able to say, let my dad start a new game without it messing up my progress?
im guessing maybe set up a profile for him on the switch, but i wanted to make sure before i did anything

THis has probably been asked before, but regarding the Master Sword,do I need to have 13 legit hearts? Or can I go in with temporary boosted hearts from food to be above 13?

Skyward Sword is in many ways the culmination of everything that's bad about 3D Zelda games, and I'm someone who loved that game to death. The hand holding got so bad, they literally created a character that is held in your hand and feeds you useless info. Objectives devolved into repetitive collection quests to get through a gated paths. But they did try in a way to make an overworld that felt a lot like a dungeon. The problem was it felt more like an endless dungeon than an actual world. In BotW they built that actual world first and in turn it's light on the dungeons. Both are honestly pretty imbalanced, except BotW pulls it off better.I don't think that's what makes BotW such a different and surprising game. Yes, SS is linear and BotW is open. Yes, one emphasizes motion controls and one doesn't. That much is pretty obvious. What's fascinating is that BotW, more than any other Nintendo game in recent history, has been designed in a way that respects the player and believe he or she is smart enough to figure things out for themselves. It's a completely different approach than Skyward Sword (or any 3D Zelda, really) and it goes far beyond a focus away from linearity or motion controls. It's a revolution for the entire franchise.
Finished up the dungeon in Zora's Domain. The story and voice acting is pitifully bad. The dungeon was okay. The leadup to it was the best part and was really well done.
Games still going great for me but it seems it really did peak with the Great Plateau. Haven't felt that sense of mystery, wonder and adventure since leaving that area, maybe partly due to the massive exposition dump they give you.
Except when exploring Hyrulesince the game was actually a bit challenging there and it was shrouded in mysery. Really wish the game had shipped with a hard mode. Way too easy so far and that ruins some of the gameplay subsystems.Castle
Do they? I don't think they do. Which is what led me to believe that you could have two save files this way.I think hard saves get overwritten by autosaves, no?
Either way I would not recommend it, why not make a new profile? That's what they are for.
So im cheappening out thewhich side should I drop down that leads to the stairs to the shrine?lomei labyrinth island
I don't think there's any real way to do what you want without another profile.Do they? I don't think they do. Which is what led me to believe that you could have two save files this way.
I don't want to make a new profile since I want everything on one profile.
Thanksleft middle i think

...Plus it's easily the weakest arc of all the beasts. Quest is so short and bare compared to the other three.Do the Rito (bird) beast first. The ability you get from it makes navigation vastly easier.
